As a contribution to the Large-Scale Biosphere-Atmosphere Experiment in Amazonia – Cooperative LBA Airborne Regional Experiment (LBA-CLAIRE-2001) field campaign in the heart of the Amazon Basin, we analyzed the temporal and spatial dynamics of the urban plume of Manaus City during the wet-to-dry season transition period in July 2001. Gir boplikt lavere boligpriser?

Siden 1974 har norske kommuner hatt adgang til å innføre boplikt for eiendommer som er eller har vært i bruk som helårsbolig. Ordningen har helt siden den ble innført, vært svært omstridt. Vi undersøker hvordan boplikt påvirker boligprisene. Geografisk avgrenser vi oss til kystkommuner på Sørlandet, der mange som har sin faste bopel andre steder i landet, etterspør fritidsbolig. Uten boplikt kan helårsboliger bli kjøpt opp for å bli brukt som fritidsboliger. Den empiriske analysen, basert på data fra fire sørlandskommuner, hvorav den største kommunen, Arendal, opphevet boplikten i 2014, viser at prisene i kystsonen økte da boplikten ble opphevet.

This article explores Finnish LGBTIQ+ people’s break-ups. The long battle for equal rights has placed LGBTIQ+ people’s relationships under pressure to succeed. Previous studies argue that partners in LGBTIQ+ relationships try to appear as ordinary and happy as possible, and remain silent about the challenges they face in their relationships. Consequently, they may miss out on opportunities to receive institutional and familial support.
