Izglītojamo neattaisnoto mācību stundu kavējumu mazināšanas iespējas izglītības iestādēs

Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt izglītojamo neattaisnotu mācību stundu kavējumu iemeslus un sniegt priekšlikumus to samazināšanai Latvijas izglītības iestādēs. Darba teorētiskajā daļā analizēti mācību stundu neapmeklēšanas veidi, veikta ilgstošo neattaisnoto mācību stundu kavējumu iemeslu un rīcības to novēršanai analīze. Apkopota Somijas, Vācijas un Lielbritānijas pieredze darbā ar mācību stundu kavējumu mazināšanu. Darba empīriskajā daļā veikta izglītojamo anketēšana un izglītības iestāžu pārstāvju intervēšana. In this paper we investigate existence and multiplicity of solutions, with prescribed nodal properties, to a two-point boundary value problem of asymptotically linear $n$-th order equations. The proof follows a shooting approach and it is based on the weighted eigenvalue theory for linear $n$-th order boundary value problems
Finnish welfare service system from the standpoint of women in vulnerable life situations

In this chapter, the authors analyse how the Finnish welfare service system, as it consists of different institutions and professionals, meets or fails to meet the needs of women in varying vulnerable life situations. The participants are women with severe substance abuse problems, women sentenced for committing a crime and poor lone mothers living on basic social benefits. The findings show that women’s experiences of encounters with welfare professionals as well as their access to and use of the services share a number of characteristics. Realizzazione di nano-sonde paramagnetiche e fosforescenti, ottenibili a partire da particelle nanometriche di silice mediante procedure di sintesi e arricchimento di O2 a seguito di opportuni trattamenti termici in ambiente controllato. Le nano-sonde così ottenute presentano emissioni nel vicino infrarosso (NIR), sono eccitabili nel visibile e nel NIR, e sono caratterizzate da un tempo di vita nell’ordine del secondo. Tali nano-sonde presentano un notevole potenziale scientifico e commerciale nel mercato della spettroscopia confocale per bio-imaging e nel mercato delle applicazioni medico-farmaceutiche di drug-labelling e drug-delivery.
Programmable surface-architectures derived from hybrid polyoxometalate-based clusters

The exploration of the self-organization of a range of the polyoxometalate-based molecular structures reveals a diverse range of surface patterns and morphologies on solid substrates of technological interest, including methylated and hydroxylated silicon surfaces (namely, SiCH3 and SiOH). By exploiting the interplay between the intrinsic molecular properties and the surface chemistry as well as dynamic spatiotemporal phenomena (e.g., dewetting), we show that these systems can yield 0D, 2D, and 3D architectures via solution deposition at the solid surface, including nanodots, discs, lamellas, porous networks, and layer-by-layer assemblies. Starp šādiem uzdevumiem ir Tomaševska problēma, kura vispārīgā gadījumā joprojām ir neatrisināta matemātikas problēma, daži ģeometriska sa- tura uzdevumi, kā arī augstas grūtības pakāpes uzdevumi no starptautiskām skolēnu olimpiādēm.

Disciplīna izglītības iestādē ir pamats tās veiksmīgai darbībai un kvalitatīvas izglītības ieguvei. The Internet provides an easily accessible way to meet certain needs. Over-reliance on it leads to problematic use, which studies show can be predicted by psychological distress. Self-determination theory proposes that we all have the basic need for autonomy, competency, and relatedness. This has been shown to explain the motivations behind problematic Internet use.
