A bibliographic review of the literature on intermittent fasting and obesity, diabetes, and multiple sclerosis was carried out. The scientific quality of the methodology and the results obtained were evaluated in pairs. Student Engagement and School Burnout in Finnish Lower-Secondary Schools: Latent Profile Analysis

Self-ratings of behavioural engagement, cognitive engagement and school burnout were used in person-centred analyses to identify latent profiles among 2,485 Finnish lower-secondary school students. Three profiles were identified: high-engagement/low-burnout (40.6% of the sample), average-engagement/average-burnout (53.9%), and low-engagement/high-burnout (5.5%). Another sample of lower-secondary school students was used to validate the 3 profiles. The present longitudinal study examined the degree to which differences in teaching styles in the third grade predict the sixth-grade reading performance. The aim of this study was to identify subgroups of mothers and fathers who differ according to the patterns of causal attribution to ability for their children's academic success and failure across early school years. This paper reports some of the findings from a study that aimed to analyse the importance attributed by secondary education teachers from the province of Castellón (Spain) to teaching competencies and to establish professional profiles from their responses. The survey was based on a purposely designed questionnaire answered by a representative sample of 136 secondary teachers from Castellón, representing 23 school departments.
