School climate as predictor of teachers’ competences to recognize the educational needs of adopted children in Italy

The current study examines the association between different components of school climate (teacher-principal and teacher-parent relationships, parents’ involvement in school activities, connection between school and the local services) and teachers’ competences and knowledge regarding the adoption experience. Participants were 573 teachers (95.7% women; mean age= 47.06, SD= 8.66, ranging between 25 and 65) residing in three Italian regions characterized by rates of international adoptions that are higher than the national average. El text adapta el Coeficient de Gini per elaborar un Coeficient de Desigualtat Lingüística (CDL) i aplicar-lo al cas valencià, tenint en compte les Taxes de Competència i les Taxes d?Ús. Es desenvolupen dos models, un basat en corbes parabòliques i un altre basat en corbes exponencials per al cas de disposar d?una parella de dades (x,y). Es calculen els Coeficients de Desigualtat Lingüística en ambdós casos per a les regions sociolingüístiques valencianes. Finalment es compara el resultat amb una corba general per al cas valencià

Il progetto per il primo concorso, del 1884, redatto dall’allora giovanissimo Ernesto Basile (Palermo 1857-1932), rivela una grande perizia progettuale che trasforma il complesso programma funzionale in un austero edificio in stile neofiorentino. The reaction product of nitric oxide and superoxide, peroxynitrite, is a potent biological oxidant. The most important oxidative protein modifications described for peroxynitrite are cysteine-thiol oxidation and tyrosine nitration. We have previously demonstrated that intrinsic heme-thiolate (P450)-dependent enzymatic catalysis increases the nitration of tyrosine 430 in prostacyclin synthase and results in loss of activity which contributes to endothelial dysfunction. Phytoseiid mites are the most efficient natural enemies of tetranychid mites, which include several important pests worldwide. Polichne mukonja Griffini, 1908 from Cameroon was hitherto known only from the holotype preserved at the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences, Brussels. This was probably due to the fact that the genus Polichne Stål, 1874 distributed only in Australia and Papua New Guinea. In view of this distribution, the tropical African species was therefore overlooked in the African literature. The recent discovery of two specimens at the Naturhistorisches Museum, Vienna, now provides us with a better understanding of the identity of this taxon, which is related to the African genus Catoptropteryx Karsch, 1890.
