Absolute quantification of noncoding RNA by microscale thermophoresis

Abstract Accurate quantification of the copy numbers of noncoding RNA has recently emerged as an urgent problem, with impact on fields such as RNA modification research, tissue differentiation, and others. Herein, we present a hybridization‐based approach that uses microscale thermophoresis (MST) as a very fast and highly precise readout to quantify, for example, single tRNA species with a turnaround time of about one hour. The motivation behind our research was the rapid growth and business wins of world-class Finnish game companies, like Supercell, as well as the success of other game companies in Finland. A constructivist approach, qualified by consideration of media materiality, draws attention to diverse but essential processes of innovation around them. Metsäteollisuuden deindustrialisaatio on aiheuttanut uudelleen rakenteistumista, mikä vaikuttaa pieniin asutuskeskuksiin jotka aiemmin ovat olleet riippuvaisia paperi- ja selluloosatehtaista. Pro gradu –työssäni olen kuvaillut ja analysoinut tapoja joilla Mänttä, pieni paperiteollisuuskaupunki, on selvinnyt suurista muutoksista. Mänttä on vastannut muutoksiin pyrkimällä investoimaan kulttuuriin ja taiteeseen. Mänttä pyrkii nykyään profiloitumaan ”taidekaupunkina”, sillä siellä järjestetään lukuisia taidenäyttelyitä ja kulttuuritapahtumia. In questo articolo rispondo alle critiche e ai commenti alla mia ricostruzione della concezione del potere di Michel Foucault proposti da Bruno Celano, José Juan Moreso, Marco Segatti, Alessandro Spena. Mi concentro in particolare sui seguenti aspetti: la connessione fra la nozione foucaultiana di potere e il conflitto; la distinzione fra potere disciplinare, potere governamentale, e potere normativo; la concezione foucaultiana della libertà come autorialità; ciò che Foucault può suggerire riguardo ad alcune “macchie cieche” della teoria del diritto contemporanea.

The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited. The fact that physical effort is irrelevant (a requirement for ?traditional sports?) could be considered a variable that would negatively affect greater to equality in the conditions of access and participation of women in electronic sports.
