Linking Entrepreneurial Orientation and Firm Performance: The Role of Organizational Learning Capability and Innovation Performance

This research contributes to the entrepreneurial orientation (EO)–performance literature by offering a wider picture that includes two intermediate steps: organizational learning capability (OLC) and innovation performance. This study also provides an explanation of intra-industry firm performance differences by focusing on EO. We use structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses on a data set from Italian and Spanish ceramic tile producers. The results support our conceptual model and demonstrate its usefulness in explaining differences in intra-industry firm performance. L'articolo propone un'analisi testuale del racconto di M. Kuzmin "Iz pisem devicy Klary Val'mont k Rozalii Tjutel' Majer" (1907), allo scopo di evidenziare alcuni procedimenti artistici peculiari della poetica di questo autore russo di inizio '900. L'uso del genere epistolare impiegato in questo racconto come pure l'ambientazione gotica di inizio '700, consente allo scrittore di proseguire sulla strada della stilizzazione (cifra costante della sua produzione di quegli anni), rinnovando radicalmente il genere letterario prescelto che, simile ad un pastiche, consegna alla letteratura russa del 'Secolo d'argento' un opera ideologicamente pregna di significati e valenza simboliche.

Abstract The influence of the wooden equipment used for the traditional cheese manufacturing from raw milk was evaluated on the variations of chemico-physical characteristics and microbial populations during the ripening of Caciocavallo Palermitano cheese. Milk from two farms (A, extensive; B, intensive) was processed in traditional and standard conditions. Chemical and physical traits of cheeses were affected by the farming system and the cheese making technology, and changed during ripening. Abstract Objectives To assess the efficacy of a bleaching enzyme-based toothpaste. Material and methods A randomized clinical trial was carried out, comprising 48 participants with teeth exhibiting color A3 or higher according to the Vita Classical guide. One-half of the sample received the bleaching enzyme-based toothpaste (White Kin ® ), while the other received placebo toothpaste. Both products were supplied in identical containers and had the same composition except for the active components. The teeth color was measured with a spectrophotometer. This paper examines early inflectional morphology related to the tense-aspect system of Proto-Indo-European. It will be argued that historical linguistics can shed light on the long-standing debate over the emergence of tense-aspect morphology in language acquisition. The dispute over this issue is well-known; it has been pursued mostly by scholars following various general linguistic approaches, from typology to acquisition, but also by historical linguists and Indo-Europeanists, who have long debated about the precedence of aspect or tense from both a synchronic and a diachronic perspective.
