Współczesny Kościół nawołuje wszystkich wiernych do podjęcia mentalnego nawrócenia, które ma polegać na uświadomieniu sobie na nowo swojej tożsamości i wypływającego z niej posłania do dzieła ewangelizacji. Jednym ze sposobów pastoralnego nawrócenia jest podjęcie pięciu kroków, które symbolizuje pierwszych pięć liter alfabetu: A, B, C, D, E. Aby stać się autentycznym ewangelizatorem, należy najpierw adorować Boga, modlić się, następnie być dla ludzi bratem i siostrą, starać się praktykować chrześcijańską caritas (miłość) i czuć się uczniem Jezusa. Dopiero wtedy, gdy te kroki będą podjęte, osoba wierząca stanie się z pomocą łaski Bożej autentycznym ewangelizatorem.

Na temat sakramentu pokuty i pojednania można prowadzić rozważania na różnych płaszczyznach (teologicznej, pedagogicznej, psychologicznej, społecznej). W obecnym artykule podjęto problem przygotowania do korzystania z sakramentu pokuty i pojednania, które dokonuje się w ramach „katechezy niemieckiej”. Termin ten jest szeroki i obejmuje przygotowanie do sakramentu pokuty w Niemczech, w Austrii, Szwajcarii czy Luksemburgu, czyli w krajach niemieckojęzycznych. The effects of non-thermal processing on carotenoids in orange juice

New non-thermal technologies are emerging, such as pulsed electric fields (PEF) and high hydrostatic pressure (HHP), in order to provide a response to the need for greater nutritional and sensory quality in some manufactured foods in which the characteristics of freshness are especially affected by thermal treatments. The effect of non-ther - mal processing (PEF, 30 kV/cm, 100 µs and HHP, 4000 bars, 5 min) and pasteurisation (90°C, 20 s) on carotenoids of orange juice was studied. Carbon decomposition of the topsoils and soil fractions under forest and pasture in the western Brazilian Amazon basin, Rondonia

The topsoils of two sites, comprising natural forest and 4- and 20-year-old pastures, respectively, were selected in Rondonia to evaluate the changes of soil organic matter due to pasture establishment. These changes were evaluated by measuring the proportions of the C and N associated with clay and silt fractions, and by the C decomposition (CD) rate of the whole topsoils and their size fractions. The topsoils studied had large proportions of C and N associated with fine fractions, especially with clay fractions. Organic matter dynamics and aggregation in soils under rain forest and pastures of increasing age in the eastern Amazon Basin

Abstract In the eastern Amazon basin, four neighbouring clayey Oxisols with similar particle-size distributions were selected, one under rain forest and three under pasture for 7, 12 and 17 years, respectively. These soils were sampled at depth intervals of 0.1 m down to 1 m. Although no clear effect of pasture establishment on aggregate stability was assessed, significant negative effects of cattle trampling on porosity and water retention and of vegetation change on clay water-dispersion were observed in the organic-rich horizons (0–0.40 m layers).
