Red grape Nero d’Avola cultivar grape pomace powder (GPP) was applied during fresh ovine cheese production in order to increase polyphenol content. Before cheeses were produced, the bacteria of a freeze-dried commercial starter culture were isolated and tested in vitro against GPP. Two dominant strains, both resistant to GPP, were identified. Thestarter culture was inoculated in pasteurized ewe’s milk and the curd was divided into two bulks, one added with 1% (w/w) GPP and another one GPP-free. GPP did not influence the starter culture development, since lactic acid bacteria (LAB) counts were 109 CFU/g in both cheeses at 30 d. Kontekstem podjętych badań było odmienne opisywanie struktury tekstu Ez 34 przez różnych komentatorów Księgi Ezechiela. Celem badań było odkrycie struktury, którą starożytny autor zaplanował i zapisał. Zastosowano metodę retoryki hebrajskiej, którą opracował Roland Meynet. Osiągnięto następujące wyniki badań: fragment Ez 34,1-10 ma strukturę paralelno-koncentryczną o schemacie: A, B, C, B’, A’. Fragment Ez 34,11-31 też ma strukturę paralelno-koncentryczną o takim samym schemacie. Wniosek, jaki można wyciągnąć z badanego tekstu, sprowadza się do stwierdzenia, że Księga Ezechiela jest aktualna dzisiaj.

Alcuni sono confusi; altri cercano di eludere il problema; altri ancora puntano a salvaguardare il rapporto con il singolo e a recuperare la “pecorella smarrita”. Sono tante le contraddizioni che emergono dalle risposte raccolte dalla prima indagine scientifica - di cui il saggio presenta alcuni risultati - che interroga direttamente i parroci della diocesi palermitana, tentando di far luce sul rapporto tra pastorale religiosa e radicamento mafioso nella società. Lo scenario che si compone è quello di una chiesa divisa, molto conflittuale con le istituzioni dello Stato, spesso incapace di cogliere la gravità del problema mafioso e dei suoi effetti sulla comunità.

Objective Synthesizing research on social cognitive theories applied to health behavior is an important step in the development of an evidence base of psychological factors as targets for effective behavioral interventions. However, few meta-analyses of research on social cognitive theories in health contexts have conducted simultaneous tests of theoretically-stipulated pattern effects using path analysis. We argue that conducting path analyses of meta-analytic effects among constructs from social cognitive theories is important to test nomological validity, account for mediation effects, and evaluate unique effects of theory constructs independent of past behavior. Lai šo mērķi īstenotu, darba gaitā tika izpētīta Zimbras dokumentācija, tika veikta servera un tīkla sagatavošana Zimbras uzstādīšanai, tika uzstādīts un konfigurēts pasta serveris Zimbra, tika veikta lietotāju migrācija no esošā pasta servera uz pasta serveri Zimbra, kā arī tika izveidoti risinājumi Zimbras rezerves kopiju veidošanai un sistēmas atjaunošanai.
