International audience; In the western Algerian steppe, the public authorities have carried out actions aimed at rural development (agricultural development programs) and combating desertification (grazing reserves) to counter the significant and rapid loss of vegetation cover of pastures by overgrazing, and the consequent impacts on local livelihoods. This research focuses on conservation of traditional rural biotopes, which are biodiverse meadows and wood-pastures that are dependent on management through grazing or mowing. These low-intensity management actions have become rare as a result of agricultural modernisation. I have utilised a social-ecological approach in order to seek for the most critical factors hindering conservation of traditional rural biotopes in Finland. Darba pētījums ir par šķidra metāla temperatūras homogenizāciju, izmantojot plūsmu, ko rada rotējoši pastāvīgo magnētu dipoli. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt efektīvāko magnēta pozīciju atkarībā no leņķa priekš šķidra metāla temperatūras homogenizācijas. Darbā veikts literatūras apskats, novērtēti galvenie plūsmas parametri, izveidota eksperimentālā iekārta, izpētīta siltuma pārnese metālā un mērīta temperatūra laikā, savstarpēji salīdzināti iegūtie rezultāti t.sk. ar skaitliskajiem aprēķiniem. W artykule podjęto źródłową analizę posługi towarzyszenia duchowego małżonkom sakramentalnym i osobom w sytuacjach nieregularnych na podstawie posynodalnej adhortacji apostolskiej Amoris laetitia papieża Franciszka. Pojęcie towarzyszenia jest wiodącym terminem w kolejnych rozdziałach dokumentu. Przybliżony został zakres znaczeniowy pojęcia towarzyszenia oraz charakterystyka posługi przedstawiona przez papieża. Następnie scharakteryzowano kolejne konteksty towarzyszenia podejmowane w adhortacji. Lasten leiriryhmän ryhmäprosessi ja sen ohjaaminen

Pro gradu -tutkimuksessamme tutkimme lasten leiriryhmien ryhmäprosesseja ja niiden eri vaiheita. Tutkimuksemme teoriapohjana toimii Tuckmanin (1965) malli, jonka mukaan ryhmäprosessi käsittää viisi eri vaihetta: ryhmän muotoutuminen, kuohunta, yhteistoiminnan syntyminen, kypsä toiminta ja ryhmän hajoaminen. Tutkimuksella tahdoimme selvittää, toteutuvatko nämä vaiheet myös lyhytkestoisissa lapsiryhmissä. Tämän lisäksi tutkimme ryhmäprosessin aikana ilmeneviä haasteita ohjaajien näkökulmasta sekä keinoja, joilla näihin haasteisiin pyritään vastaamaan.
