El siguiente ensayo realiza un analisis del patriarcado como hecho social vigente en palabras de Emile Durkheim (1895 2001), al mismo tiempo, evidencia como ha ido delimitado a lo largo de la historia la posicion subjetiva de mujeres y varones de acuerdo a su genero. Para ello, se acude a los conceptos planteados por Durkheim y por Simone de Beauvoir (1949 2016) sobre la sociedad en la que habitamos. El texto pretende dejar en claro que el patriarcado como hecho social no es eventual, sino que se crea a partir de creencias y modelos que se instauran en la sociedad, estableciendo pautas de conducta, normas e incluso sanciones que pueden producir la marginacion de quienes no las acatan. La división sexual en la cultura androcéntrica requiere de un trabajo de construcción simbólica que divide por una parte lo visible, los cuerpos; y por otra lo no visible, las subjetividades. Se trata de una separación que genera identidades distintas sobre un arbitrario cultural cargado de hábitos diferentes. Este orden físico y psicosocial se basará en un ideal hegemónico masculino dominante. El siguiente texto es un intento de exponer una pequeña parte de la construcción de dicha masculinidad centrándose en la violencia organizativa que reciben los hombres por el hecho de ser hombres.

Maģistra darbā tiek pētīta pēdējo desmit gadu (2008–2018) publicētā vīriešu autoru dzeja, ko sarakstījuši autori vecumā no 30–40 gadiem (1979.–1988. gada paaudze), ar nolūku izpētīt to, kādos veidos tiek atainota maskulinitāte šajā mākslas formā, kā šie atainojumi atšķiras gan viena autora daiļrades ietvaros, gan arī starp dažādu autoru darbiem un kā maskulinitātes atveide ir attīstījusies šajā laika ietvarā. Maģistra darbs ir iecerēts kā teorētisks un praktisks ievads maskulinitātes pētīšanai dzejā, kas līdz šim ir tikusi atstāta novārtā, salīdzinot ar femīno aspektu pētīšanu. Darbā sniegts ieskats Saulieša biogrāfijā, rastas atbildes uz jautājumiem, kāda loma rakstnieka prozā attēlotajā ģimenē ir tēvam, mātei un bērniem. The expatriate’s family as a stakeholder of the firm : a responsibility viewpoint

In this paper we argue for the recognition of the expatriate’s family as a stakeholder of the firm during the expatriation. We demonstrate why the expatriate’s family can be regarded as a stakeholder of the parent company and what kind of a stakeholder the family is. Additionally, we argue that the parent company needs to develop and apply a holistic well-being orientation to show stakeholder responsibility in the international assignment (IA) arena. We apply the theory of stakeholder salience to the IA relationship because it provides a theoretical framework for integrating the family into the expatriation process. Religious Diaspora: A New Approach to Its Existence and Meaning

The present study aims to contribute to the discussion regarding the possibility of conceptualizing a religious diaspora. It proposes a new way of defining it, namely in relation to religious and not to ethno-territorial realities, but without editing the territorial dimension out. After sketching the definition on this theoretical basis, the study refers to six case studies, pointing to the way in which the definitory traits of a religious diaspora are actualized in each situation under study.
