Luis Tramoyeres Blasco (1854-1920) fue secretario general de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Carlos, director-conservador del Museo de Bellas Artes de Valencia y fundador de la revista Archivo de Arte Valenciano (1915). Sin duda, la ingente actividad y la extensa bibliografía de Tramoyeres, requeriría un trabajo monográfico sobre su figura. A falta del mismo, no podíamos pasar por alto la figura del fundador de nuestra revista en el centenario de su fallecimiento. El homenaje se realiza ilustrando con tres ejemplos, y celebrando, con imágenes inéditas, hasta qué punto están vivas sus investigaciones y la actividad que desarrolló. The problem of artistic destruction and its reconstruction has been little studied. Using a microhistorical analysis method, we study the town of Lliria (Valencia) and its brotherhood of ?La Sang de Jesucrist? (had a great heritage from the 16th to the 19th centuries), and we also analyze how and why this destruction and reconstruction was generated during the context of the civil war. We use and combine different sources (public of the ?Causa General? and private of the ?Minute Books?) for this research, with the intention of specifying the analysis of this complex process. This paper presents the interdisciplinary H2020 SILKNOW project coordinated by the Universitat de València with researchers from the ICT and SSH fields. SILKNOW is a three-year project funded by the EU's Horizon 2020 Programme under the two-stage call SC6-CULT-COOP-09 'European cultural heritage, access and analysis for a richer interpretation of the past'. The consortium has a total of nine partners from six different European countries (Spain, France, Germany, Slovenia, Poland and Italy). Depuis les années 1980, les randonnées littéraires autour d’écrivains sont associées à des lectures de romans en vue d’entretenir la vitalité d’une œuvre dans une perspective de valorisation. Si les mémoires collectives sont longtemps restées l’apanage des ethnologues, les maisons d’écrivains sont les premières institutions à développer un type d’itinéraires touristiques en lien avec les politiques locales. Desde que en 2004 se acometiese la musealización de la ciudad ibera de Kelin, en Caudete de las Fuentes, se han celebrado anualmente jornadas de puertas abiertas en las que se realizan talleres didácticos y visitas teatralizadas. A lo largo de más de una década se han mostrado aspectos de la vida cotidiana y se ha ido tejiendo la biografía de las familias protagonistas. Las jornadas han contado con el patrocinio del Ayuntamiento de Caudete de las Fuentes, del Museo de Prehistoria de Valencia y, en algunas ediciones, de diversos organismos públicos y empresas privadas. Vengono messi in evidenza gli aspetti di continuità o di discontinuità con la disciplina del matrimonio, la coerenza con i principî costituzionali e sovranazionali di riferimento, le principali questioni interpretative e di inquadramento sistematico attraverso un confronto con i principali apporti ermeneutici del formante dottrinale e di quello giurisprudenziale.
