En el presente proyecto de tesis se ha contribuido a elucidar el importante papel que ejercen los nodos de regulación transcripcional en un contexto fisiológico en el que tienen lugar diferentes procesos biológicos, moleculares y celulares de forma simultánea y coordinada. Concretamente, se ha estudiado cómo dos inputs primarios, NF-κB e Id2, desencadenan un determinado output o proceso biológico concreto en la glándula mamaria y el hígado. Military campaigns conducted by Myanmar against the Rohingya have led to numerous deaths, widespread cases of sexual violence, the destruction of hundreds of villages, and the deportation of more than 700,000 people to Bangladesh. These events have triggered proceedings at the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC has arguably failed to address the religious dimensions of crimes and facts in some of its previous jurisprudence appropriately. In March 1939, the Czech State Archive in Opava (Zemsky Archiv v Opave), temporarily renamed Landesarchiv, was transformed into Reichsarchiv Torppau, one of the two higher level archives established in lands annexed to the Third Reich on the basis of the Munich Agreement. Its basie aim was to document the history of the so-called Sudetenland, with particular consideration of the role of the German nation in its civilization development. Kansainvälisten tutkimusten pohjalta tiedämme, että yleisesti ottaen naiset joutuvat miehiä enemmän häirityiksi urheilu- ja liikuntasektorilla. Tutkimukset ovat pääsääntöisesti kohdistuneet tyttöihin ja naisiin. Ainoastaan muutamat tutkimukset ovat tarkastelleet urheilua ja liikuntaa harrastavien miesten kokemuksia seksuaalisesta häirinnästä. Harrasteliikunnan ja kilpaurheilun puolella sukupuoleen perustuvan ja seksuaalisen häirinnän tutkimus on Suomessa vasta alkutaipaleella. Sosiaalisessa mediassa urheilijoihin yhä enenevissä määrin kohdistuva virtuaalinen seksuaalinen häirintä on viime aikoina huolestuttanut tutkijoita. nonPeerReviewed

Tämän maisterintutkielman tutkimuskohteena on palaute Jyväskylän yliopiston Kielikeskuksen valinnaisella ruotsin Hjälpis-verkkokurssilla. Tutkintovaatimuksiin pakollisena kuuluvan toisen kotimaisen kielen, ruotsin taitojen osoittamisen KORU-arviointikriteerien B1-tasolla on aikaisemmissa tutkimuksissa arvioitu olevan haaste riittämättömien taitojen takia jopa puolelle yliopisto-opiskelijoista. Koulutusasteelta toiselle siirryttäessä minimivaatimustaso on korkeampi eikä nivelly, jos opiskelijat ovat selvinneet kursseista lukiossa vain oppimäärän vähimmäistavoitteet saavuttaen. Hjälpis-kurssilla tätä puutteellisen osaamistason ja vaatimusten välistä eroa pyritään kaventamaan itseohjautuvuudel…
