Novel isatin-derived molecules activate p53 via interference with Mdm2 to promote apoptosis

International audience; The p53 protein is a key tumor suppressor in mammals. In response to various forms of genotoxic stress p53 stimulates expression of genes whose products induce cell cycle arrest and/or apoptosis. An E3-ubiquitin ligase, Mdm2 (mouse-double-minute 2) and its human ortholog Hdm2, physically interact with the amino-terminus of p53 to mediate its ubiquitin-mediated degradation via the proteasome. Thus, pharmacological inhibition of the p53-Mdm2 interaction leads to overall stabilization of p53 and stimulation of its anti-tumorigenic activity. Pētījuma mērķis bija novērtēt dažādu pēc sastāva kultivēšanas barotņu un Tween surfaktanta ietekmi uz Trichoderma asperellum biomasas kvalitāti un tās uzglabāšanas ilgumu. Pētījumā tika novērtēta dažādu koncentrāciju Tween 20, 40 un 80 ietekme uz T. asperellum morfoloģiskās struktūras un sausās biomasas izmaiņām, kā arī kultivēšanas šķidruma antifungālā iedarbība pret fitopatogēnu Cladosporium herbarum. Optimālākais Tween surfaktanta veids un koncentrācija, kas eksperimentāli tika noteikts kā Tween 80 ar 0,2% koncentrāciju, tika pievienots T. asperellum dziļumkultivācijas procesam 15 litru bioreaktorā, fermentācijas procesos izmantojot 4 dažādas barotnes – iesala ekstrakta, saharozes – raug…

En aquest article analitzem els mecanismes de la construcció del relat (oficial), des de diversos punts de vista, de la Croada contra els albigesos i l’expoli d’Occitània per França en el transcurs d’aqueixa cruel campanya militar (1r terç del segle XIII).
