The essay analyzes the Regulation EU 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and it pursues the specific goal of providing a unitary reading of the so-called rights of the data subject, whose is proposed a framing as a set of powers, faculties and remedies intended to make up the content of the unitary right of the protection of personal data.
