Age is an important factor in entrepreneurship. The paths into entrepreneurship at a later age may be varied. Self-employment in later life may be either a form of partial retirement or a career option. Older individuals may also be pushed into self-employment. The focus of this paper is on the career choices of older individuals and their background motivations in Finland. Tarkastelen maisterintutkielmassani Japanin perustuslain sodan ja sotajoukkojen kieltävää 9. pykälää sekä Japanin turvallisuuspolitiikkaa kahden japanilaisen pääministerin, Koizumi Junichiron ja Abe Shinzon, puheissa. The Juniperus phoenicea subsp. turbinata formations of the Italo-Tyrrhenian biogeographical province (Mediterranean Region), are analyzed on the basis of literature data and unpublished relevés. This qualitative multiple case study research investigated how the Finnish school system practices student leadership as a significant dimension of democracy on three school levels: primary, lower secondary and upper secondary. The study defines student leadership through the democracy issue, leadership decision making and leadership theories. Tämä Jyväskylän kaupungintalon pe ruskorjausta 2010–2013 käsittelevä työmaadokumentoinnin raportti on yh teenveto Jyväskylän yliopiston tiedemu seon tekemästä dokumentointi- ja tallen nustyöstä. Kaupungintalon korjaukseen suhtaudut tiin erityisellä vakavuudella rakennuksen ollessa yksi kaupungin merkittävimmistä rakennuksista ja se on suojeltu kulttuu rihistoriallisen arvonsa vuoksi. Rakennus on toiminut kaupungin hallinnon käytössä rakennuksen valmistumisesta vuodesta 1899 lähtien.
