Review of studies of polymorphic blood systems in the Aymara indigenous population from Bolivia, Peru, and Chile.

A review was made of all studies available from the literature referring to polymorphic blood systems of South American Aymara Indians. 33 original papers published up to 1990 covering a period of 45 years were summarized. Aymara samples were considered from a total of 55 localities in Bolivia, Peru, and Chile. Gene frequencies were tabulated for 21 polymorphic genetic systems comprising blood groups (AB0, MNSs, P, Rh, Lu, K, Le, Fy, Jk, Di), erythrocyte enzyme groups (AcP, 6PGD, PGM1, AK, ADA, EsD), and plasma protein groups (Hp, Tf, Gc, Gm, Km). An educator’s competence influences the implementation of evidence-based education and the overall quality of social and health care. This study aimed to identify distinct competence profiles from Finnish social, health and rehabilitative care educators, as well as describe which personal and professional characteristics influenced belonging to a certain profile. The formulation of Union citizenship has concentrated on rights since the 1970s. In the Maastricht and subsequent EU treaties, Union citizenship is defined through rights. Against this background, discussion on rights in the EU documents on citizenship analysed in this article is surprisingly scarce. The research material consists of 15 documents produced by EU institutions in 2003–2007 as part of three programmes on citizenship. In the documents, the discussion on rights focuses on mobility instead of other aspects of rights. The teaching of physical education (PE) to educators in Finland has shifted from didactic techniques focusing on teachers’ actions towards more holistic pedagogy that questions how pupils learn. These changes can be seen in physical education teacher education (PETE) and study books and in the development of PE curriculums for basic education. The national curriculum for basic education changes approximately every ten years and, recently, the national learning outcomes of PE of the two previous curriculums were evaluated. Tutkielmani tarkoituksena on tarkastella Yhdysvalloissa 1970-luvun alussa noussutta afrikanamerikkalaista populaarin elokuvan buumia, jonka merkittävintä ilmausta kutsutaan blaxploitaatioksi. Analysoin kuinka afrikanamerikkalainen identiteetti representoidaan blaxploitaatiosyklin varhaisessa merkkiteoksessa Super Fly (1972). Käsittelen kandidaatintutkielmassani rumpusetin alkeisopetuksen menetelmiä, haasteita ja opettajalta vaadittavia taitoja. Pyrin luomaan kattavan kokonaiskuvan soittimen ominaisuuksista, sen opettamisen erityispiirteistä sekä hyödyntämisestä perusopetuksen ja lukion musiikinopetuksessa. Tutkielmani on suunnattu erityisesti musiikinopettajille, jotka kokevat tietämyksensä rumpusetistä riittämättömäksi opetustyötään ajatellen.
