Piedošanas motivācijas saistība ar laulāto apmierinātību ar attiecībām

Šī pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt, vai pastāv saistība starp piedošanas motivāciju un apmierinātību ar partnerattiecībām laulātos pāros. Pētījumā piedalījās 300 precēti respondenti: 180 sievietes un 120 vīrieši (M = 39.29, SD = 10.7). Grupas tika pielīdzinātas pēc šādiem kritērijiem: vecums (19 – 60 gadi); un to vai respondenti ir oficiāli reģistrējuši savas attiecības. Dizaina un struktūrskices izstrāde virtuālās realitātes platformai

Projektā “VR SafeScaff” tiek risināta problēma par atbilstošu lietotāja pieredzes un lietotāja saskarnes izstrādi, kas nodrošina pēc iespējas ērtāku un uztveramāku lietojamību un dizainu, balstoties uz vairāku pētījumu rezultātiem. Darba mērķis ir izstrādāt struktūrskici un dizainu virtuālās realitātes projektam “VR SafeScaff”. Darba rezultātā tika izveidota dizaina struktūrskice virtuālās realitātes platformai “VR SafeScaff”, kura arī tika veiksmīgi implementēta pirmajā programmatūras versijā. Apmācības platformas pirmo versiju arī aplūkoja neatkarīgi lietotāji un būvniecības nozares lietotāji, kuri deva savus ieteikumus tā turpmākai projekta attīstībai un uzlabojumiem. Conformal measures for multidimensional piecewise invertible maps

Given a piecewise invertible map T:X\to X and a weight g:X\rightarrow\ ]0,\infty[ , a conformal measure \nu is a probability measure on X such that, for all measurable A\subset X with T:A\to TA invertible, \nu(TA)= \lambda \int_{A}\frac{1}{g}\ d\nu with a constant \lambda>0 . Such a measure is an essential tool for the study of equilibrium states. Assuming that the topological pressure of the boundary is small, that \log g has bounded distortion and an irreducibility condition, we build such a conformal measure.

On a global superconvergence of the gradient of linear triangular elements

Abstract We study a simple superconvergent scheme which recovers the gradient when solving a second-order elliptic problem in the plane by the usual linear elements. The recovered gradient globally approximates the true gradient even by one order of accuracy higher in the L 2 -norm than the piecewise constant gradient of the Ritz—Galerkin solution. A superconvergent approximation to the boundary flux is presented as well.
A strain-difference-based nonlocal elasticity model

Abstract A two-component local/nonlocal constitutive model for (macroscopically) inhomogeneous linear elastic materials (but constant internal length) is proposed, in which the stress is the sum of the local stress and a nonlocal-type stress expressed in terms of the strain difference field, hence identically vanishing in the case of uniform strain. Attention is focused upon the particular case of piecewise homogeneous material. The proposed model is thermodynamically consistent with a suitable free energy potential. Radiotherapy procedures aim at exposing cancer cells to ionizing radiation. Permanently implanting radioactive sources near to the cancer cells is a typical technique to cure early-stage prostate cancer. It involves image acquisition of the patient, delineating the target volumes and organs at risk on different medical images, treatment planning, image-guided radioactive seed delivery, and post-implant evaluation. Artificial intelligence-based medical image analysis can benefit radiotherapy procedures. Bakalaura darba tēma - ,,Aprūpes procesa nodrošināšana pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionārā”. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kā notiek aprūpes nodrošināšana pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionāros x un y. Pamatojoties uz šo mērķi tiek izvirzīta hipotēze - Aprūpes process pacientam ar šizofrēniju stacionārā tiek nodrošināts. Pētījumā piedalījās 102 respondenti, garīgās veselības aprūpes māsas (turpmāk māsas), kuru darba stāžs psihiatriskajā stacionārā ir no 1 līdz 31 un vairāk gadi. Pētniecības darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas.
