Bakalaura darba autore ir pētījusi arodbiedrību lomu darba tiesiskajās attiecībās. Darbā tiek analizēts kā izpaužas arodbiedrības loma dažādos gadījumos, kā arī tas, kādas ir arodbiedrības regulējuma nepilnības. Pētījuma mērķis ir iegūt padziļinātāku izpratni par arodbiedrību darbību un arodbiedrības regulējuma efektivitāti. Veicot regulējuma analīzi, tika atrastas pretrunas par koplīguma spēkā stāšanās laiku, kā arī, darbā tiek piedāvāti likuma grozījumi un papildinājumi, kas uzlabos darba apstākļus darbiniekiem un nodrošinās darba devējiem iespēju strādāt tikai ar godprātīgiem un kompetentiem darbiniekiem. Una de las contribuciones más importantes que el Profesor Pedro López Elum ha realizado acerca de la cerámica medieval valenciana ha sido el estudio sistemático de las fuentes documentales, esperamos con este trabajo ampliar nuestro conocimiento sobre su empleo en el ámbito arquitectónico, a partir de las investigaciones arqueológicas que actualmente estamos llevando a cabo en las cubiertas de las Iglesia de San Martín Obispo y San Antonio Abad de Valencia.

Treating madness and collecting the "art of the insane". Asylum art during the nineteenth century : an archeology of Art Brut.This work is about artifacts made by patients in asylums during the XIXth and the beginning of the XXth century: from their entrance into scientific collections and publications, until the first exhibitions into art galleries during the 1920's. We will try to show how, thanks to the role of some personalities of medical, litterary and artistic areas, the medical status of those creations will be overtaken and they will begin to invest artistic scene.

Abstract Background Arthrogryposis multiplex congenita (AMC) is a group of clinically and etiologically heterogeneous conditions, characterized by prenatal onset contractures affecting two or more joints. Its incidence is about 1 in 3000 live births. AMC may be distinguished into amyoplasia, distal and syndromic arthrogryposis. Distal arthrogryposis (DA) predominantly affects hands and feet. It is currently divided into more than ten subtypes (DA1, DA2A/B, DA3–10), based on clinical manifestations, gene mutations and inheritance pattern. Phosphine-diène and Salicylamidines ligands : coordination chemistry, catalysis and therapy

The subject of this thesis concerns the development of new ligands, their coordination chemistry, and the synthesis of the corresponding metal complexes for catalysis and therapy.The first part of this work relates to the synthesis of diene-phosphine ligands, their saturated analogs, and the corresponding arene-ruthenium complexes. Arene decoordination allows the formation of a cationic bimetallic complex where the ligand is diène-η4/κ-P coordinated to the ruthenium. These complexes have been applied to atom transfer radical addition (ATRA) of CCl4 to styrene. Problēma: Astma ir hroniska elpceļu iekaisuma slimība, kuras terapijā izmantoto zāļu pieejamības problēmas ir daudzfaktoriālas, ietverot ārsta un pacienta savstarpējo komunikāciju, pacienta zināšanas par slimību un zālēm, kā arī zāļu kompensācijas sistēmu valstī. Mērķis: Noskaidrot aktuālākās problēmas medikamentu pieejamībā no pacientu skatu punkta. Metode: Astmas ārstēšanas vadlīnijām atbilstošas anketas izveide, ar kuras palīdzību īstenota pacientu (n=34) anketēšana, pēc kuras veidotas atbilstošas diagrammas un veikta atbilžu analizēšana. Reconstruction of inclined air showers detected with the Pierre Auger Observatory

We describe the method devised to reconstruct inclined cosmic-ray air showers with zenith angles greater than $60^\circ$ detected with the surface array of the Pierre Auger Observatory. The measured signals at the ground level are fitted to muon density distributions predicted with atmospheric cascade models to obtain the relative shower size as an overall normalization parameter. The method is evaluated using simulated showers to test its performance. The energy of the cosmic rays is calibrated using a sub-sample of events reconstructed with both the fluorescence and surface array techniques.
