There is a renewed interest from the pharmaceutical field to develop oral formulations of compounds, such as peptides, oligonucleotides, and polar drugs. However, these often suffer from insufficient absorption across the intestinal mucosal barrier. One approach to circumvent this problem is the use of absorption modifying excipient(s) (AME). Abstract Recently, self-emulsifying drug delivery systems (SEDDS) have been developed as a method to deliver lipophilic drugs. Gelucire® 44/14 is an excipient, from the lauroyl macrogolglycerides family, producing a fine oil-in-water emulsion when introduced into an aqueous phase under gentle agitation as SEDDS, improving thereby solubility of poorly water-soluble drugs and their bioavailability. Krimināllikuma 241.pantā ietvertais noziedzīgais nodarījums regulē atbildību par patvaļīgu piekļūšanu automatizētai datu aizsardzības sistēmai, bet praksē nereti tiek novērots, ka uz šo nodarījumu un nodarījumu grupu prakse vēl svārstās un nav īstas skaidrības kā kvalificēt šos nodarījumus. Krimināllikumā pastāv sodi par līdzīgiem nodarījumiem, kuri tiek regulēti dažādās nodaļās. Latvijas tiesām arī nav īstas skaidrības kā sodīt personas, kuras izdarījušas šo noziedzīgo nodarījumu ārvalstīs, kamēr tās atrodas Latvijas teritorijā. Tiks doti piemērotākie risinājumi, lai praksē varētu veiksmīgāk kvalificēt šo noziedzīgo nodarījumu.

Piesātināto dikarbonskābju molekulāro raksturlielumu ietekme uz to termiskās kokristalizācijas reakciju norisi ar nikotīnamīdu un izonikotīnamīdu

Darbā ir veikta termiska kokristālu iegūšana ar dikarbonskābēm, izmantojot diferenciālo termisko analīzi un rentgendifraktometriju. Kokristālu iegūšanā kā bāze tika izmantots nikotīnamīds un izonikotīnamīds. Darba gaitā tika iegūti dati par nikotīnamīda-dikarbonskābju un izonikotīnamīda-dikarbonskābju maisījumu eitektiskajām temperatūrām un kokristālu kušanas temperatūrām atkarībā no to sastāvā esošo dikarbonskābju oglekļa atomu skaita. Lietojot rentgendifraktometru, tika noteikta kokristālu rašanās paaugstinātā temperatūrā, kā arī iegūtās polimorfās formas.
Feromonu un maršruta atmiņas loma kolektīvo lēmumu pieņemšanā melnajai skudrai Lasius niger (Linnaeus, 1758)

Skudru kolonijās feromonu takas ir viens no galvenajiem mehānismiem, kas izmantoti kolektīvo lēmumu pieņemšanā. Tomēr daudziem sociālajiem kukaiņiem ir labi attīstīta atmiņa, kas var darboties arī kā orientieris. Šajā pētījumā tiek atdalīts atmiņas un feromonu efekts uz barotnes izvēli, eksperimenta pirmajā fāzē ļaujot Lasius niger skudru kolonijām iegaumēt un izveidot feromonu taku uz 0,5 M saharozes šķīdumu, bet otrajā fāzē pēc atmiņas vai feromonu taku likvidēšanas piedāvāta izvēle starp to pašu 0,5 M, kā arī 1 M saharozes šķīdumu. Iegūtie rezultāti skaidri parāda, ka, par sākotnējo orientieri izmantojot vienīgi maršruta atmiņu, skudru kolonija nespēj pāriet uz augstākās molaritātes baro…
