Cryopreservation of Hazelnut (Corylus avellana L.) Axillary Buds from In Vitro Shoots Using the Droplet Vitrification Method

Cryopreservation by droplet vitrification was applied to hazelnut (Corylus avellana L.). axillary buds of the Italian cultivated variety Tonda Gentile Romana, which were collected from in vitro growing shoots, immersed in ice cooled PVS2 or PVS3 for 60 or 90 min, then transferred to a droplet of vitrification solution, placed on a strip of aluminium foil, and plunged into liquid nitrogen (LN). Additionally, the effect on the recovery of the mother plant after cryopreservation was evaluated, following a cold pre-treatment at 4 °C for 3 months. W pracy przedstawiono przegląd informacji na temat występowania widłaczka torfowego Lycopodiella inundata (L.) Holub oraz opisano nowe stanowiska zlokalizowane w stawach hodowlanych na Śląsku. W Polsce gatunek ten należy do bardzo rzadkich składników flory. W trakcie przeprowadzonych badań stwierdzony został na tym obszarze na 8 stanowiskach. Zagrożeniem dla taksonu na Śląsku, jak i w Europie jest postępująca sukcesja roślinności na stanowiskach.

W pracy przedstawiono przegląd informacji na temat występowania żabieńca trawolistnego Alisma gramineum Lej. oraz omówiono nowe stanowiska zlokalizowane w stawach hodowlanych południowo-zachodniej Polski. W Polsce gatunek ten należy do bardzo rzadkich składników flory. Większość z około 120 dotychczas znanych jego stanowisk pochodzi z XIX lub pierwszej połowy XX w. Obecnie gatunek ten znany jest z około 30 stanowisk, z czego 2 znajdują się w południowo-zachodniej Polsce. Szwedzkie kamienie runiczne stanowią ważne uzupełnienie naszej wiedzy o aktywności Skandynawów w Bizancjum w XI w., w szczególności w ramach Gwardii Wareskiej. Pochodzące w największej liczbie z Upplandii są również świadectwem zmian w religijności przybyszy z Półwyspu Skandynawskiego, którzy z pogan przeistaczali się w chrześcijan. Umieszczanie na kamieniach runicznych krzyży, fragmentów modlitw za zmarłych, relacji z podróży czy pielgrzymki, było świadectwem wzrostu znaczenia nowej wiary, do czego przyczyniali się wracający do domów po długiej służbie gwardziści.

Uttalet i läroböcker i svenska som andraspråk från begriplighetsperspektiv

I denna artikel studerar jag hur uttal presenteras i finska gymnasieläroböcker (n=10) i svenska som andra språk. Syftet är att undersöka vilka uttalsdrag som tas upp i läroböckerna och relationen mellan dessa drag och begriplighet. Metoden som jag använder är kvalitativ innehållsanalys. Prosodiska drag har ansetts ha en stor betydelse för begriplighet. Vad det gäller svenska är speciellt satsrytm viktig. Analysen visar dock att uppmärksamheten oftast fästs vid enskilda segment (språkljud) och ord. Cet objectif rejoignait en théorie celui de la Fédération gymnastique et sportive des patronages de France à laquelle elle était affiliée depuis la fin de la Première Guerre mondiale.
