L’articolo affronta la questione della segregazione nel quartiere ZEN di Palermo (Sicilia). L’impianto teorico dialoga con la letteratura anglosassone, ma ne prende le distanze nel tentativo di individuare alcune specificità locali del caso. This article surveys the academic literature on rights-based legislation and critically discusses key findings and arguments that emerge from this literature. I conduct this survey and discussion in light of a wider understanding of the political economy of Indian democracy as resilient but limited in terms of substantial forms of redistribution and recognition in favour of subaltern groups. Est interrogee l’identite sexuelle comme part de l’identite socialement construite dans un dispositif de sexualite. La clinique de l’homme handicape physique, suppose depourvu de virilite vient eclairer la clinique du masculin en general. To determine the difficulty of text, readability formulas can be used. The research was made to find readability formula for Latvian. Readability formulas for English were used as guidelines. The novelty was the use of eye movement tracking during reading to obtain quantitative data that lead to readability formula. Eye fixation durations were gathered during readability measurements. Average values of fixation durations were calculated to characterize texts and readers. 15 texts with various difficulty levels were composed for exposing them to readers.
