The paper studies the significance of Martin Heidegger's philosophy of history for two key thinkers of contemporary radical conservatism and the Identitarian movement, Alain de Benoist and Aleksandr Dugin. Heidegger's often-overlooked affinities with the German “conservative revolution” of the Weimar period have in recent years been emphasized by an emerging radical-conservative “right-Heideggerian” orientation. The study offers a philosophical analysis of Nicholas Wolterstorff’s theory of justice and education for justice. Crucial aspects of Wolterstorff’s theory are his understanding of justice as inherent rights and justice as inherent worth. Interrelated to this are the concepts of life-goods, well-being and the good life. Within this framework of rights grounded in worth, the notions of natural human rights and human dignity occupy a special position. Tutkimuksessa analysoidaan Nicholas Wolterstorffin käsityksiä oikeudenmukaisuudesta ja oikeudenmukaisuuteen kasvattamisesta. Oikeudenmukaisuuden ja siihen kasvattamisen kokonaisuuksia lähestytään tutkimuksessa filosofisen analyysin ja argumentaation kautta. Dynamic properties of successful plural leadership configuration: An exploratory process-study

Our article introduces an exploratory process study of successful plural leadership configuration in searching for alternative solutions to wicked problems. The study was executed within four educational organisations that solved challenging wicked problems arising from today’s changing contexts. We argue that plural leadership configuration is a dynamic process when people in diverse organisational positions, roles, and levels design profitable endeavours through their ideas and activities, bring about desirable outcomes within diverse conditions and outline the future.
