Globalization with its many side-effects on working life is seen to pose accentuated risks especially for women and low skilled workers – resulting in increasing polarization of job quality. In contrast to “universal theories”, institutional theories claim changes in work life might vary according to the institutional and cultural frameworks which mediate the global pressures of change. This study analyses job quality trends in Finland at the intersection of class and gender. In the present thesis both ab initio and analytical calculations were carried out for thepotential energy, dipole moment and polarizability surfaces of the weakly bound van der Waals complexes CH4-N2 and C2H4-C2H4 for a broad range of intermolecular separations and configurations in the approximation of the rigid interacting molecules. For ab initio calculations the CCSD(T), CCSD(T)-F12 and less computationally expensive methods such as MP2, MP2-F12, SAPT, DFT-SAPT were employed (for all methods the aug-cc-pVTZ basis set was used). Saistībā ar 21. gadsimtā Korejas sabiedrībā pieaugošajiem protestiem par dzimumu jautājumiem, darbā tiks apskatīta feminisma lomas nozīmība Dienvidkorejā un tā radītās sekas. Autore vēlas atzīmēt, ka 21. gadsimts ir nodrošinājis jaunajam feminisma vilnim valstī daudz skaļāku un drosmīgāku formu, kas uz Korejas tradicionālo vērtību fona vēl vairāk polarizē dzimumus. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika sintezēti 1-alkil-3-metilimidazolija jonu šķidrumi, noteiktas to Kamleta-Tafta empīrisko polaritātes parametru vērtības un skaidrota to saistība ar jonu šķidruma struktūru. Jonu šķidrumu šķīdinātāja īpašības pētīja arī izmantojot 1H KMR spektroskopiju apstākļos bez KMR šķīdinātāja. Pētīja jonu šķidrumu kā šķīdinātāju mijiedarbību ar azīda-alkīna “klik” reakcijas reaģentiem. Veica “klik” reakciju jonu škidruma vidē.
