Research in Education and Innovation Innovation Archives (REALIA) is the new name of the journal that from 2008 to 2018 published the Servei de Formació i Innovació Educativa of the Universitat de València. As others have done before, in 2019 @tic revista d'innovació educativa changed its name. In this text we review the ten years of @tic revista d'innovació educativa, we explain the reasons for this change and introduce new features and some future prospects.

[EN] Sentiment analysis on Twitter offers possibilities of great interest to evaluate the currents of opinion disseminated through this medium. The huge volumes of texts require tools able to automatically process these messages without losing reliability. This paper describes two different types of approaching this problem. The first strategy is based on Supervised Learning processes, developed in the field of artificial intelligence. Public Reason and the Limits of Liberal Anti-Racism in Latvia

My paper is a critical analysis of anti-racist and tolerance promotion initiatives in Latvia. First, I trace the historical and geopolitical conditions that enable the emergence of two discursive positions that are central to arguments about racism - that of liberally inclined tolerance activists and that of Latvians with politically objectionable nationalist sensibilities. Subsequently, I argue that, plagued by developmentalist thinking, anti-racist and tolerance promotion initiatives fail in their analysis of contemporary racism. Abstract The Balearic Islands, off the east coast of Spain, have provided a focus of interest in investigations of the earliest colonization of the Mediterranean islands, because of the relatively late date of their oldest sites. Valuing cultural heritage: the social benefits of restoring and old Arab tower

Abstract Cultural heritage protection is a key issue around the world today. In this paper, the contingent valuation method has been applied to obtain the social benefits that stem from the restoration of an old Arab tower in the Valencia Region of Spain. Due to a current and past lack of protection, the remains of this historic monument are few. Therefore, 252 individuals were randomly interviewed. On conducting our study we distinguished between low, average, and high consumers of cultural goods. The President of the gold diggers: Sources of power in a gold mine in Burkina Faso

The article provides an example of how 'formal' and 'informal' modes of power and legitimacy, as well as material and symbolic leadership resources, may intersect and interrelate. It analyses the sources of power that a Big Man in West Africa mobilised in order to appropriate mining rights and to establish leadership in a gold mining camp. As an entrepreneur in an economic field directly regulated by state laws and authorities, he has to operate within these structures while at the same time subverting them by creating a 'system of personal power' that resembles Sahlins' classic model of the Big Man in Melanesia.
