Il saggio si concentra sull'impatto della drettiva 1999/44 CE nel diritto italiano a ridosso del recepimento e della orginaria scelta di novellare la disciplina codicistica della vendita con l'inserimento degli artt. 1519 bis e seguenti. L'esito ricostruttivo di maggiore evidenza risiede nella decisa riconduzione della responsabilità del venditore fuori dall'ambito della garanzia e nell'area della responsabilità contrattuale; i rimedi offerti al compratore- consumatore si iscrivono entro il consueto rapporto da genus a species che nel codice civile italiano caratterizzala disciplina generale dell'inadempimento contrattuale e le sue "deviazioni" in aderenza ai divertsi tipi contrattuali.

Teija Tenhola-Roininen kehitti väitöskirjatyössään rukiin jalostusta helpottavia työkaluja rukiin laadun parantamiseksi ja suomalaisiin olosuhteisiin sopeutuneiden uusien ruislajikkeiden kehittämiseksi. Näiden työkalujen, ns. DNA-merkkien avulla voidaan valita lyhytkortisia ja korkean sakoluvun omaavia eli tähkäidännänkestäviä rukiita jalostusaineistosta.Rukiinviljely on vähentynyt Suomessa erityisesti huonojen satojen ja alentuneiden EU-tukien myötä. The signal transducer and activator of transcription (STAT) 1 protein plays a key role in the immune response against viruses and other pathogens by transducing, in the nucleus, the signal from type I, type II and type III IFNs. STAT1 activates the transcription of hundreds of genes, some of which have been well characterized for their antiviral properties. STAT1 gene deletion in mice and complete STAT1 deficiency in humans both cause rapid death from severe infections. Today, there are many indicator and sensor systems that are designed to reduce disaster risks, or issue early warnings. In this paper we analyze the different systems in the light of the initial decisions that need to be made in the response to sudden onset disasters. Opettajien kysymyksiä ja niiden vaikutuksia oppimiseen on tutkittu laajasti. Sen sijaan oppilaiden esittämien kysymysten tutkiminen on jäänyt hyvin vähäiseksi. On huomattu, että oppilaiden kysymyksillä on yhteys oppimiseen ja niiden avulla oppimista tapahtuu yhden oppilaan sijasta koko luokassa. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, millaisia kysymyksiä oppilaat esittävät erityisopetuksen luokkahuonevuorovaikutuksessa.
