For a real job? : Views on the teaching of competence in working life by students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

In this study, twelve young students on the autism spectrum were interviewed on preparation for working life, employment guidance, the challenges and strengths of the autism spectrum, and suitable teaching methods. Interviews were supported by a structured and illustrated questionnaire. The data were analysed using key statistics. The results showed that, from the students’ perspective, the most important issues in preparation for work are familiarisation with different jobs, guidance in searching for a suitable job, evaluation of the suitability of the working environment, integration of occupational safety into work skills, and acquiring conversational skills in the workplace. Aktualitāte: Urīnceļu infekcijas ir vienas no izplatītākajām infekcijām. Visbiežākie ierosinātāji ir gramnegatīvās baktērijas. Ar katru gadu palielinās šo baktēriju rezistence pret antibakteriālajiem līdzekļiem. Tas rada nopietnas problēmas pacientu ārstēšanā. Tāpēc, mana Bakalaura darba mērķis bija: noteikt antibakteriālo jutību gramnegatīvo baktēriju sugām, izmantojot BBLTM disku difūzijas metodi un E – testu, pielietojot CLSI kritērijus, kā arī veikt statistisko analīzi. Laikā no 01.01.2016 – 01.01.2017 tika izdalīti 80 gramnegatīvo baktēriju celmi. No tiem visbiežāk bija identificēti E.coli n-45, Klebsiella pneumoniae n-14. One of the main advances in biliopancreatic endoscopic therapy has been the ability to palliate patients with biliary obstruction by placement of a stent during ERCP, but this is often complicated by clogging of the stent with subsequent jaundice and/or cholangitis. Many adverse drug reactions leading to hepatotoxicity are caused by the cytochrome P450-dependent activation of non-toxic drugs or chemicals into reactive metabolites. To this end, adenoviruses were used as a tool to efficiently deliver specific CYP genes into cultured cells (i.e., human hepatoma cell line HepG2). Recombinant-defective adenoviral vectors encoding for genes CYP3A4 (Adv-CYP3A4), CYP2E1 (Adv-CYP2E1), CYP2A6 (Adv-CYP2A6) and CYP1A2 (Adv-CYP1A2) were used to confer specific CYP drug metabolic capabilities to HepG2 cells.
