La constatación de modificaciones legislativas que afectan negativamente al objeto y alcance de derechos sociales y que dan lugar a retrocesos de los mismos plantea importantes cuestiones sobre sus condiciones de posibilidad. En este artículo se sostiene la tesis de acuerdo con la cual los retrocesos o la reversibilidad de los derechos sociales son decisiones normativas limitadas fundamentalmente por dos expedientes, garantías o salvaguardas. An original method of treating the kinetic and exchange-correlation en- ergies functionals in terms of many particle interactions was developed. It is based on utilizing the local density approximation. Antioxidant Bibenzyl Derivatives from Notholaena nivea Desv.

Four new bibenzyl derivatives were isolated, together with other known bibenzyls, by bioassay-guided fractionation of a CHCl3-MeOH extract of Notholaena nivea Desv. (Pteridaceae) aerial parts. The structures were elucidated by NMR, ESIMS and other spectral analyses. Their antioxidative effects towards superoxide, lipidic peroxidation and the 2,2'- azino-bis-3- ethilbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) radical were assayed. Abstract In this paper, we define and investigate the properties of the principal eigenvalue of the singular infinity Laplace operator Δ ∞ u = ( D 2 u D u | D u | ) ⋅ D u | D u | . This operator arises from the optimal Lipschitz extension problem and it plays the same fundamental role in the calculus of variations of L ∞ functionals as the usual Laplacian does in the calculus of variations of L 2 functionals.
