The private library of Immanuel Benzinger (1865-1935), a professor of theology at the Faculty of Theology of the University of Latvia from 1921 till 1935, is one of remarkable historical collections at the disposal of the Library of the University of Latvia. Latvijas Universitātes Bibliotēkas simtgadei veltītajā Bibliotēkzinātnes un informācijas zinātnes sekcijā LU ikgadējā zinātniskajā konferencē tiešsaistē prezentētie slaidi un pavadteksts ar nedaudz nostaļģisku nosaukumu “Grāmatu likteņi gadu ritējumā” piedāvā īsu ieskatu Latvijas Universitātes bibliotēkas krājuma vēsturē.
