Nykyaikaiset liiketoimintaympäristöt ovat dynaamisia ja organisaatioiden pitää jatkuvasti kehittää toimintaansa tarjotakseen asiakkailleen uusia, parempia ja joustavampia palveluja tehokkaammin. Palvelujen laatu, joustavuus ja tehokkuus ovat selkeitä kilpailuetuja markkinoilla. Finanssialan yritysten asiakasraportointi on yksi selkeimmin asiakkaille näkyvistä prosesseista. Examination of Goal Orientation, Sense of Coherence, and Motivational Climate as predictors of Perceived Physical Competence

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the extent to which children's goal orientation, sense of coherence (SOC), and perceptions of the motivational climate in PE accounted for their perceived physical competence. The variable measures were conducted with the participants (382 boys, 389 girls), aged 15-16, who completed a set of self-reported questionnaires. The hierarchical multiple-regression results showed that all steps lead to significant change in the models and accounted for 20.2 % of the variance in perceived physical competence. Tieslietu padome Latvijā pastāv jau gandrīz desmit gadus, tās mērķis ir tiesiskā valstī pārstāvēt tiesu varas viedokli un aizsargāt tiesu varas neatkarību, īstenojot valsts varas dalīšanas principu. Šī darba mērķis ir noskaidrot Tieslietu padomes kā tiesu varas pašpārvaldes institūcijas nozīmi tiesiskā valstī. Darba ietvaros autore analizē tiesu varas neatkarības lomu tiesiskā valstī un varas dalīšanas sistēmā, salīdzina tieslietu padomju modeļus Eiropā un analizē Tieslietu padomes Latvijā darbības efektivitāti, pētot, kā likumdevējs ir ņēmis vērā Tieslietu padomes viedokli par likumprojektiem laikposmā no 2017.-2019.gadam, lemjot par tiesu varas attīstību Latvijā. Liquid Phase Micro-Extraction of Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate Anionic Surfactants in Aqueous Samples

Hollow fiber liquid phase micro-extraction (LPME) of linear alkylbenzene sulfonates (LAS) from aqueous samples was studied. Ion pair extraction of C10, C11, C12 and C13 homologues was facilitated with trihexylamine as ion-pairing agent, using di-n-hexylether as solvent for the supported liquid membrane (SLM). Effects of extraction time, acceptor buffer concentration, stirring speed, sample volume, NaCl and humic acids were studied. At 10–50 µg L−1 linear R2-coefficients were 0.99 for C10 and C11 and 0.96 for C12. RSD was typically ~15%. Three observations were especially made. Bakalaura darba “Temata “Lineāra funkcija” apguve 7. klasei attālinātā mācību procesā” ietvaros izstrādāti 12 mācību materiāli matemātikā 7. klasei tematā “Lineāra funkcija”, tajos iekļauti veicamo darbību soļi: teorijas apguve, ieteikumi uzdevumu risināšanai, risināšanas piemēri un uzdevumu atrisinājumi. Mācību materiāli paredzēti temata apguvei attālinātā mācību procesā un ir izmantojami kā paraugs attālināto mācību materiālu izveidei citos matemātikas tematos. Izstrādātie materiāli balstīti uz I. Frances, G. Lāces, E. Slokenbergas mācību grāmatu “Matemātika 7. klasei”.
Identification of lipid accumulation in lacrimal gland from NOD mice

International audience; Purpose: : The NOD mouse is an established animal model of the human disease, Sjögren’s syndrome. The lacrimal gland of male NOD mouse becomes significantly infiltrated with inflammatory cells by 12 weeks of age. Dacryadenitis is associated with massive lipid deposition in the lacrimal acinar cells, a process which starts by 6 weeks of age and is accompanied by onset of inflammatory infiltrates. International audience; Purpose:: Tear film lipid composition is modified in patients suffering from chronic blepharitis. We previously found that branched chain fatty acids (BCFA) were significantly increased in tears of these patients, suggesting that BCFA may be involved in the disease. The toxicity of different BCFA as potent inducers of apoptosis has already been established in various cell lines but not in the conjunctiva. The aim of this work was to assess the toxic effects of BCFA in cultures of Chang conjunctival cells.
