La presente tesi di dottorato analizza i processi traduttivi nelle lingue segnate, indagando la maniera di (re-)enunciare il senso in traduzione. La riflessione si costruisce come dialogo fra la linguistica delle lingue segnate e la traduttologia, a partire da presupposti teorici comuni a entrambe le discipline benché differentemente declinati, come il concetto di oralità. Lo studio, che intende definirsi come non assimilazionista (così come auspicato da C. Avicenna is a strong proponent of what some of the later ones call qāʻidat al-wāḥid or ‘rule of the one’ (RO). The gist of RO states: from the one only one directly proceeds. In the secondary literature, discussion of this Avicennian rule is usually limited to a particular application of it i.e., the issue of emanation. As result, it’s not really clear what RO means, nor why Avicenna endorsed it. In this paper, I try and remedy this situation by doing two things – one on the taṣawwur front, the other on the tasdīq. In this paper we introduce a new method for Visual Saliency detection. The goal of our method is to emphasize regions that show rare visual aspects in comparison with those showing frequent ones. We propose a bottom up approach that performs a new technique based on low level image features (texture) analysis. More precisely, we use SIFT Density Maps (SDM), to study the distribution of keypoints into the image with different scales of observation, and its relationship with real fixation points. The rapid expansion of social media in music has provided the field with impressive datasets that offer insights into the semantic structures underlying everyday uses and classification of music. We hypothesize that the organization of these structures are rather directly linked with the ”qualia” of the music as sound. To explore the ways in which these structures are connected with the qualities of sounds, a semantic space was extracted from a large collection of musical tags with latent semantic and cluster analysis. Si valuta l'esperienza dei Piani di contenimento e riqualificazione della spesa sanitaria regionale nelle regioni meridionali. Dopo una fase di decentramento senza autonomia in cui le regioni avevano accumulato deficit strutturali, il nuovo regime di controllo e monitoraggio da parte del centro ha determinato una positiva risposta delle regioni coinvolte.
