Study on the Agricultural Products of the Towns Loja and Catamayo as a Historical Contribution on the Ecuadorian Gastronomy

This article has the aim to promote and assess the typical-traditional gastronomy of the province of Loja and the southern region of Ecuador, through the bibliographic survey of gastronomic resources, based on the agricultural production of the area, generating a cultural value added, in gastronomic preparation and innovation, which will cause an impact on the consumption of agricultural products; boosting development, socio-economic development of the cantons of Loja and Catamayo and improving the quality of people life of these localities.

1. A classic theory in biogeography predicts that high latitude communities are unstable. This may be because of decreased species richness or decreased environmental predictability and productivity towards the poles. 2. Objective The area of pediatric hypertension (HTN) research has seen substantial progress over the last two decades, but no bibliometric analysis has yet been undertaken to describe these advances. This study aims to describe the published research examining HTN in children and adolescents from 2000 to 2018. Methods Articles were retrieved using PubMed and the Web of Science. The aim of this study was to analyze the patterns of investigator and institutional collaboration in papers published in the Revista Española de Cardiología.Details of coauthorship and institutional collaboration involved in articles published in the Revista Española de Cardiología in the period 2000-2005 were recorded and a collaboration index was derived.
