The concept of ICCA was introduced and first discussed in Italy during two workshops held in 2004 and 2005. The notion very well fits the tradition domestically known in terms of common properties (CPs) and ‘civic uses’ lands (proprietà colletive e demani civici), a category referring to lands and the natural resources used in common by a community. They include a diversity of governance solutions derived from their different historical recognition. Previous research indicates that programmes employing Hellison?s Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility (TPSR) model in physical activity have had a positive impact on youth development by increasing participants? positive values, autonomy, life skills, and prosocial behaviour. Despite encouraging results of the effects of TPSR-based programmes, there remains lack of research on the effective content of these programmes, and their implementation and evaluation. Globally, there is a political and social consensus that teacher education is a key priority for the twenty-first century. However, studies have so far paid little attention to a crucial issue, namely, leadership in teacher education. This chapter contributes to discussion on transforming teacher education practices by focusing on leadership practices in a particular Finnish teacher education department. Il contributo espone i dati preliminari di una ricerca che riguarda la valutazione di esito e di processo di cinque gruppi a conduzione psicodinamica svolti in ambito universitario. L'obiettivo di tali gruppi, che hanno coinvolto 110 studenti (I anno LM in Psicologia Clinica), è sviluppare le capacità di riflessione sull'identità professionale, la capacità di analizzare i propri vissuti e la propria capacità di relazionarsi con gli altri nella dinamica gruppale. Nel corso degli ultimi anni nel campo della ricerca sui gruppi terapeutici, le dimensioni dell’attaccamento sono state ampiamente studiate nella loro relazione con misure di processo (coesione, alleanza) e di esito in numerose popolazioni cliniche.
