Il presente lavoro indaga come il cambiamento organizzativo produce delle conseguenze sul piano dell’identità professionale e personale dei lavoratori, oltre che sulla qualità della loro identificazione con l’organizzazione. Nello specifico, a 12 dipendenti di un piccolo presidio ospedaliero, colpito da un processo di ridimensionamento a causa di una rimodulazione del personale e dei posti letto, è stata somministrata un’intervista narrativa finalizzata a indagare l’impatto del cambiamento organizzativo in corso sulle identità personali e professionali. This qualitative study examines the professional agency of secondary English teachers in Midwestern South Korea. Specifically, it investigates how secondary English teachers in South Korea understand their professional agency and what mediates their professional agency. The meaning of peer group mentoring in the university context

Peer mentoring is commonly used for didactical and learning purposes. In this study we examine peer group mentoring in the university context. The aim is to promote understanding of peer group mentoring based on a meta-analysis of two primary studies: teacher students and teacher group tutors. As a result, three core categories were found: 1) Individual’s participation in the group, 2) Professional development with others and 3) Community enabling sharing and development. The aim of this qualitative study is to gain more insight into the skills and knowledge that music therapists feel they need, in order to work successfully with people who have had an acute stroke.
