Previous research has rarely addressed trust in leadership at the organizational level. This study addresses this research gap by examining the influence of the magnitude of organizational trust in leadership and consensus about this trust on job satisfaction. The magnitude refers to shared trust in leadership among organizational members, whereas consensus captures the variability in perceptions within organizations, even when overall agreement exists. Survey of Italian Pediatricians on awareness, experiences and beliefs regarding direct-to-consumer genetic testing in minors

 Background: Our study wanted to assess Italian pediatricians’ awareness, experience and beliefs regarding directto-consumer (DTC) genetic tests (GT) in minors, with a focus on those for predisposition to complex disease, lyfestyle, athletic ability and other inborn talents.
 Methods: A 28-item questionnaire was administered through the SurveyMonkey® web platform to the 9,086 members of the Italian Society of Pediatrics for which a valid email address was available. The survey was opened from April through November 2017. Statistical analyses were performed using the Graphpad software package.

The article reflects on kindergartens’ specificity, focusing on the intersubjective perspective. By this perspective, the developement and the construction of the Self can’t be separated from the perception of the “other” and it is a process working, since birth, through an “embodied relationship”. According to the infant research and the neurosciences studies, the article analyzes the quality of the relationships between adults and children and explores how it can affect personality development, self-image, and learning processes. Finally, the professional skills necessary for educators in kindergartens are deepened, looking at the needs of the children during their first years.

With five formal categories of leadership training programmes in the decentralized Finnish educational system, little is known about the leadership practices of graduates.
