Abstract This paper presents the current situation of school practice and internships as ways of reducing the gap between the labor market and education. In the first part, there is highlighted the current situation of Romania comparing with other European countries when it comes about graduates finding a job in their field of studies. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the tasks through which communication professionals and public relations contribute to organizational decision making. In-depth interviews were conducted with Finnish public relations professionals about how they contribute to organizational decision making. The findings provide a rich picture of the tasks in relation to this. The results show that public relations professionals contribute to organizational decision-making processes by nine different tasks. In recent years the risk of developing a burnout syndrome among workers in the helping professions has been clearly stated. Although burnout syndrome, in fact, is threatening different professional activities, incidence was reported higher in sanitary and social professions. In this work the risk of developing a Burnout syndrome was evidenced to occur in Educators working in the socio-sanitary area. Causal relationships where indicated not only in the working context and in the peculiar characteristic of the patients, but also in the precarious, from the juridical point of view, working conditions.

International audience; The disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) by Canadian firms is not mandatory. This provides an ideal context to describe the nature of what is being freely disclosed by large firms and to study the firms’ characteristics which lead to such disclosure. We searched all TSX listed firms to find those which disclose a CSR report accompanied by a letter from the CEO. In the end, we study 89 CEO’s letters; that is, all the firms disclosing both a CSR report and a CEO’s letter. We first looked at the nature of the elements disclosed.
