La première partie vise à cerner les enjeux de la réussite éducative et présente les grandes lignes de la démarche d'évaluation. La seconde partie s'attache à décrire le contexte d'intervention du projet sur les territoires en termes de public et d'actions. La troisième partie traite de l'efficacité du projet dans ses différentes dimensions.
