È adottato un approccio tecnico-giuridico, mettendo in evidenza gli spunti ermeneutici ricavabili dal testo, coerenti con la realtà effettuale. Resumen La satisfacción laboral del colectivo docente ha sido estudiada desde diversas perspectivas, debido a los importantes efectos que esta puede tener tanto a nivel económico como a nivel organizacional. La muestra empleada en este trabajo se compone de 978 docentes dominicanos, y fue obtenida mediante un muestreo estratificado, y, por tanto, representativo de la población. En este estudio se examina un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales en el cual el contexto de trabajo y las condiciones laborales afectan el burnout y el engagement de los profesores. While censorship is an external constraint on what we can publish or (re)write, self-censorship is an individual ethical struggle between self and context. In all historical circumstances, translators tend to produce rewritings which are ‘acceptable’ from both social and personal perspectives. Wpływ rozkładu widma promieniowania słonecznego na parametry multikrystalicznego ogniwa krzemowego

W artykule opisano wyniki uzyskane z opracowanej aplikacji integrującej model rozkładu widma promieniowania słonecznego oraz model krzemowego monokrystalicznego ogniwa fotowoltaicznego. W ramach badań opracowano program - symulator widma promieniowania słonecznego wykorzystujący algorytmy i procedury numeryczne oparte na modelu SMARTS2. Ponadto, przygotowano aplikację pozwalającą na przeprowadzenie modelowania komputerowego zachowania się ogniw i analizę zmienności ich parametrów przy zastosowaniu różnych rozkładów spektralnych oświetlenia oraz różnych parametrów materiałowo-konstrukcyjnych ogniw PV.
