The article is an attempt to reconstruct the image of Cieszyn Silesia contained in the works of Jan Szczepański. The author presents the most important elements of the image of Silesia (the Polish part of Silesia, i.e. the Silesian Voivodeship at that time) drawn by Szczepański in the interwar period, and the image of Cieszyn Silesia in the post-war period. In his opinion, the essence of Silesian reality is conflict and struggle. Treating Cieszyn Silesia as a borderland area with a strongly outlined cultural, religious (Protestant) and aesthetic distinctiveness, he argues about its Polishness, emphasizing that it is a misunderstood region in Poland. Este artículo presenta un análisis del modo de manifestarse y de las percepciones de las/ os participantes en el #ParoInternacionalDeMujeres que tuvo lugar el 8 de marzo de 2017 en Argentina. Su hipótesis sostiene que la movilización mostró una lógica de acción conectiva híbrida. La investigación que sustenta este trabajo consistió en la realización de una encuesta en el momento y lugar de la movilización, a un total de 365 personas, con el propósito de capturar la percepción de las/os participantes y no simplemente de las/os impulsoras/es. Tēma „protesta formas, palielinoties biļešu cenām „Rīgas Satiksmē”” mūsdienu sabiedriskā transporta kontekstā ir aktuāla. Darbs sevī iekļauj teorētisko, metodoloģisko, kā arī mediju analīzi. La giuridicità del diritto di resistenza nello Stato costituzional-democratico: una proposta teorica
Il presente lavoro intende indagare i profili di giuridicità del diritto di resistenza come un “diritto giuridico” e una pratica costituzionale giustificabile sul terreno normativo. L’ambito della ricerca è circoscritto agli ordinamenti costituzional-democratici. L’obiettivo finale è mostrare che alcuni casi di “resistenza” dovrebbero essere protetti dalla costituzione ed esentati parzialmente o totalmente dalla punizione prevista per la trasgressione della norma giuridica resistita. È questo il caso di “resistenza costituzionale” e “disobbedienza civile”. L’articolo ravvisa uno dei principali motivi di interesse dell’elaborazione di Engelhardt nell’innestare il suo scetticismo etico-epitemologico sul terreno della Sittlichkeit hegeliana e dell’ermeneutica. Questo gli consente un approccio duttile, non acriticamente positivistico alla tecnologia, che va valutata entro la prospettiva fondamentale dell’accordo intersoggettivo tra stranieri morali, su cui si impernia il suo personalismo laico: un accordo che può essere solo di tipo procedurale, non sostanziale.
