Modern ASIC and FPGA based embedded products use model based design, in which both hardware and software are developed in parallel. Previously HW was completed first and the information handed over to SW team, typically in the form of register tables. The information was even manually copied to SW code, making any changes error-prone and laborious. IP-XACT is the most feasible standard to model HW also for the SW needs. Le molteplici convenzioni che sono state firmate tra la Santa Sede e gli Stati dello scacchiere latinoamericano hanno spesso rappresentato l’evoluzione verso concordati fondati non più sul confessionismo statale, ma sul riconoscimento della libertas Ecclesiae, ossia della sua autonomia e indipendenza nell’adempimento della propria missione specifica, e sulla libertà cultuale riconosciuta a tutti i cittadini e alle loro organizzazioni confessionali. Si rivela di particolare interesse analizzare la specificità di questi accordi in termini di dinamiche diplomatiche, nella tipicità dei sistemi delle relazioni bilaterali, nonché delle politiche religiose dal XIX al XXI secolo.

Abstract The authors investigated the microlevel processes of collaborative reasoning in heterogeneous peer dyads working on an open-design task in elementary geometry. Special attention was paid to the nature of student social interaction, problem-solving strategies, and mathematical language and how they shape collaborative problem-solving processes. This study examines how students in Finland (16-18 years of age) constructed meaning and knowledge in a collaborative online reading situation. Student pairs ( n = 19) were asked to write a joint essay on a controversial issue. First, the pairs discussed the topic freely to activate their prior knowledge. Next, they gathered source material on the Internet. Finally, they composed a joint essay. Multivariate analysis in the identification of biological targets for designed molecular structures: The BIOTA protocol

In this work the new protocol BIOlogical Target Assignation (BIOTA) for the prediction of the biological target from molecular structures is proposed. BIOTA is based on the Principal Components Analysis (PCA) application on a matrix of ligands versus molecular descriptors. The application of BIOTA could allow to hypothesize the mechanism of action of a candidate drug prior to its biological evaluation or to repurpose old drugs.
