The essay focuses on the recent case on the condition of migrants' minor children in the hypothesis of repatriation orders issued against one of their parents. In particular, the Author analysis the hard balancing of contrasting values, which Court have to provide for, between public order and the rights to family unity (collective) and best interest of the child (individual). The cases commented are both from ECHR and Italian Corte di Cassazione.

On March 4, 1848, thanks to the decisive impetus given by Victor Schoelcher, the principle of the abolition of slavery was proclaimed by decree and a « Commission for the preparation of an act of immediate emancipation in all the colonies of the Republic » was established. Like the commission de Broglie under the July Monarchy, the commission, chaired by Schoelcher, provided a huge work of documentation, information and reflection on the settlements, studying also the organization of the English colonies. In this article the issues of social responsibility and necessity of its implementation in public sector have been taken on. We’ve tried to answer the question: what criteria should be taken into account in bargaining procedures so public task could be completed concordantly with social responsibility rules and in what way logistic can support completing public tasks. It’s been said that main criteria consist of ecological and social aspects influencing for example improvement of quality of life, solving of social issues and abiding law by executors. Public order and safety is one of the priority tasks of the State and local government units. The safety of people and the maintenance of public order and security rests with the Police. The scope of activities and competence of this service regulated by an umber of legal acts. Police Headquarters in Dąbrowa Górnicza is an organizational unit of the Police constituting an auxiliary camera. Its activities are directly subject to the supervision of the Silesian Commander of Provincial Police. A police officer must perform their duties to the best of knowledge and will with due honesty and integrity. His duty is to respect human dignity and respect for and protection of human rights.
