Współpraca partnerska w łańcuchu dostaw jako warunek sprawnego zarządzania sektorem publicznym

Celem artykułu jest wskazanie roli relacji międzyorganizacyjnych w zarządzaniu łańcuchem dostaw w sektorze publicznym. Został on zrealizowany podstawie analiz o charakterze teoretycznym, w oparciu o założenia marketingu relacji, Nowego Zarządzania Publicznego oraz Public Governance. Analizie poddano typy relacji, elementy i etapy współpracy, a także alternatywy strategiczne partnerstwa. Upoważnienie do dokonywania wydatków – problemy definicyjne w zakresie odpowiedzialności za naruszenie dyscypliny finansów publicznych

Jednym z podstawowych naruszeń podlegających odpowiedzialności za naruszenie dyscypliny finansów publicznych jest dokonanie wydatku ze środków publicznych bez upoważnienia albo z przekroczeniem upoważnienia określonego w stosownych aktach planowania finansowego. Ustawa o odpowiedzialności za naruszenie dyscypliny finansów publicznych nie zawiera jednak definicji pojęć, którymi posługuje się ustawodawca przy penalizacji czynów. Odsyła w tym zakresie do określeń w znaczeniu nadanym ustawą o finansach publicznych. Globalization with its many side-effects on working life is seen to pose accentuated risks especially for women and low skilled workers – resulting in increasing polarization of job quality. In contrast to “universal theories”, institutional theories claim changes in work life might vary according to the institutional and cultural frameworks which mediate the global pressures of change. This study analyses job quality trends in Finland at the intersection of class and gender. Artikkelissa tarkastellaan vanhustyössä käytettyjen teknologisten laitteiden ja sovellusten yleisyyttä ja toisaalta niiden käytön riippuvuutta työhön liittyvistä ja yksilöllisistä tekijöistä. Teknologian käyttö tiivistyy kolmeen pääulottuvuuteen: mobiiliin hoivateknologiaan, toimistoteknologiaan ja viihdeteknologiaan. I argue in this article that a theory of broad ecological justice or the extended capabilities approach, an interesting approach in contemporary environmental ethics, shares many of its core ideas with deep ecology and Arne Næss’s ecosophy T. The similarities between these approaches include the ambition to address the roots of environmental problems, emphasis on recognition and the criticism of oppressive structures, and a systemic orientation. Physical activity from adolescence to young adulthood: patterns of change, and their associations with activity domains and sedentary time

Background Longitudinal studies demonstrate an average decline in physical activity (PA) from adolescence to young adulthood. However, while some subgroups of adolescents decrease activity, others increase or maintain high or low activity. Activity domains may differ between subgroups (exhibiting different PA patterns), and they offer valuable information for targeted health promotion. Western Australian students' alcohol consumption and expenditure intentions for Schoolies.

In Australia, the immediate post-school period (known as ‘Schoolies’) is associated with heavy drinking and high levels of alcohol-related harm. This study investigated students’ intended alcohol consumption during Schoolies to inform interventions to reduce alcohol-related harm among this group. An online survey was administered to students in their senior year of schooling. Included items related to intended daily alcohol consumption during Schoolies, amount of money intended to be spent on alcohol over the Schoolies period, and past drinking behaviour.
