Rationale. Poststernotomy pain and impaired breathing are common clinical problems in early postoperative care following heart surgery. Insufficiently treated pain increases the risk of pulmonary complications. High-dose opioids are used for pain management, but they may cause side effects such as respiratory depression.Study Design. To evaluate the influence of different blood sampling techniques on test results of thrombin-antithrombin III complex (TAT) and prothrombin fragment 1 + 2 (F1 + 2) serial determinations were performed. Työ käsittelee 1950-luvun rivitaloja ja aluesuunnittelua Rantaperkiön ja Petsamon alueilla Tampereella. Tavoitteena on selvittää tutkimuskohteiden suunnitteluun ja rakentamiseen keskeisesti vaikuttaneita tekijöitä. Vertaan tutkimuskohteita toisiinsa sekä tarkastelen alueita rakennuksineen suhteessa ajan vallitsevaan arkkitehtuuri- ja kaupunkisuunnittelukeskusteluun.
