Robot-Forming - An Incremental Forming Process Using an Industrial Robot by Means of DELMIA Software Package

The purpose of this research is to present an alternative method for manufacturing sheet metal parts using an asymmetric incremental forming process by means of an industrial robot. This method is based on designing, simulating and generating the toolpath for the tool attached to the robot using DELMIA software package. The proposed approach allows users to check for system collisions, robot joins limitations and singularity problems. After a comprehensive simulation of the movements of the robot is performed, the program code can be generated by means of a specific DELMIA function. Color image quality assessment measure using multivariate generalized Gaussian distribution

This paper deals with color image quality assessment in the reduced-reference framework based on natural scenes statistics. In this context, we propose to model the statistics of the steer able pyramid coefficients by a Multivariate Generalized Gaussian distribution (MGGD). This model allows taking into account the high correlation between the components of the RGB color space. For each selected scale and orientation, we extract a parameter matrix from the three color components sub bands. The present paper proposes a comparative study in order to determine the springback in single point incremental forming process. Using the Ls-Dyna software the process was simulated for one piece in frustum of pyramid shape. In the end of the explicit dynamic analysis, it was run, using the same software, an implicit analysis to determine the springback. In order to verify the hypothesis of a strict relationship between clinical improvement and extrapyramidal side-effects, especially micrographia, twenty-two acutely ill schizophrenics were treated with perphenazine in a controlled prospective 28-day trial. During the study period, psychopathometric data, prolactin plasma levels, and handwriting samples were collected. According to the remission criteria fixed before the study began (both BPRS ≤ 25 and GAS ≥ 80 points), 45.5% (10/22) of the total patient sample were classified as treatment responders.
