Bakalaura darbā “Grafu un relāciju datubāžu salīdzinājums” tika veikts teorētisks un praktisks abu datubāžu veidu salīdzinājums. Teorijas daļā ir apskatīta datubāžu vēsture, kā arī metodes, kas tiek pielietotas, lai tiktu realizēta stabila, lietotājam lietojama datubāzes implementācija. Sistēmas papildinājuma mērķis - atvieglot sistēmas lietotāju darbu, kā arī paaugstināt produktivitāti, ieekonomējot laiku objektu meklēšanai. Background Trophic interactions are a fundamental aspect of ecosystem functioning, but often difficult to observe directly. Several indirect techniques, such as fatty acid analysis, were developed to assess these interactions. Fatty acid profiles may indicate dietary differences, while individual fatty acids can be used as biomarkers. Ants are among the most important terrestrial animal groups, but little is known about their lipid metabolism, and no study so far used fatty acids to study their trophic ecology. The present work analyses diversity within Alysiinae (Hymenoptera, Braconidae) in the Forested Estate of Artikutza, located in the Natural Park Peñas de Aya, western Pyrenees, Spain. Šī kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir izstrādāt informatīvu sistēmu ‘Reviewy’, lai apvienotu vienā sistēmā atsauksmes par dažādiem produktiem un pakalpojumiem. Sistēma ļaus lietotajiem meklēt un apskatīt atsauksmes, un papildus reģistrētiem lietotajiem atstāt atsauksmes un komentārus. Sistēma ir veidota kā tīmekļa vietne un ir izstrādāta ar PyCharm riku, izmantojot Python valodu, Django ietvarā, kas darbojas pēc principa MVC (Modeļa-Skata-Kontroliera). Dati tiek glabāti MySQL datubāze.

Sistēma tika izstrādāta izmantojot Oracle datubāzi un Oracle SQL Developer , Sqlplus kā arī SQL*Loader . Sistēmas mērķis ir atvieglot to kā tiek aprēķinātas pasniedzēju slodzes, pēc kurām arī nosaka, kāds ir konkrētā docētāja atalgojums atkarība no izdarītā darba. Data quality issues have been topical for many decades. However, a unified data quality theory has not been proposed yet, since many concepts associated with the term “data quality” are not straightforward enough. The paper proposes a user-oriented data quality theory based on clearly defined concepts. The concepts are defined by using three groups of domain-specific languages (DSLs): (1) the first group uses the concept of a data object to describe the data to be analysed, (2) the second group describes the data quality requirements, and (3) the third group describes the process of data quality evaluation.
