Kvalifikācijas darbā ir izstrādāta Android lietotne pasākumu organizācijai. Lietotne sastāv no četrām daļām. Pirmajā (galvenajā) daļā «Pasākumi», lietotājs var apskatīt dažādes aktivitātes un var tām pievienoties. Pasākumi dalās 3 dažādos tipos: • «Publiskie (Public) pasākumi» – pasākumi, kuros ir piekļuve visiem lietotājiem, ar dalībnieku skaita ierobežojumu. • «Masu pasākumi» – pasākumi, kuros ir piekļuve visiem lietotājiem, bez dalībnieku skaita ierobežojuma. • «Slēgtie pasākumi» – pasākumi, kuriem ir ierobežots lietotāju loks. Lietotnē ir iespēja izveidot pasaules valstu karogu viktorīnas, kurām var mainīt jautājumu daudzumu un valstis, kuras tiks iekļautas viktorīnā. Lietotājs var arī apskatīt viktorīnas rezultātus un iepriekš izpildīto viktorīnu augstāko rezultātu. Lietotne ir domāta kā palīgrīks pasaules valstu karogu apgūšanai. Projekts ir izstrādāts pēc ūdenskrituma metodoloģijas. Programmatūras izstrādes procesā izmantota Android SDK vide un tika izmantota java programmēšanas valoda un sqlite datubāze. Simple Summary This review summarizes adaptations and predispositions of different arthropod taxa (springtails, web spiders, millipedes and centipedes) to flood and drought conditions. The main focus sis directed to arthropod species, which are living in Middle European floodplain forests and wetlands, because of the fast change of flood and drought conditions in these habitats. Morphological and molecular characterization of three new parastenocarididae (Copepoda: Harpacticoida) from caves in Southern Italy

We describe three new parastenocaridid: Cottarellicaris sanctiangeli Bruno & Cottarelli sp. nov., Stammericaris vincentimariae Bruno & Cottarelli sp. nov. and Proserpinicars specincola Bruno & Cottarelli sp. nov., collected in the pools of five different caves located in Calabria (Southern Italy). We conducted a phylogenetic analysis based on the mitochondrial COI and ribosomal 18S sequences of C. sanctiangeli sp. nov. and S. vincentimariae sp. nov., and of four more species of Stammericaris and one Proserpinicaris available from literature. Determinants and Congruence of Species Richness Patterns across Multiple Taxonomic Groups on a Regional Scale

Applying multiple generalized regression models, we studied spatial patterns in species richness for different taxonomic groups (amphibians, reptiles, grasshoppers, plants, mosses) within the German federal state Rhineland-Palatinate (RP). We aimed (1) to detect their centres of richness, (2) to rate the influence of climatic and land-use parameters on spatial patterns, and (3) to test whether patterns are congruent between taxonomic groups in RP. Centres of species richness differed between taxonomic groups and overall richness was the highest in the valleys of large rivers and in different areas of southern RP. Šī darba mērķis ir apkopot teoriju par šizofrēniju, kognitīvo insaitu un subjektīvo dzīves kvalitāti šizofrēnijas slimniekiem, analizējot literatūru, lai pētījumā noteiktu, vai augstāks kognitīvais insaits ir saistīts ar zemāku subjektīvās dzīves kvalitātes līmeni šizofrēnijas pacientu vidū. Interaction of climate change with effects of conspecific and heterospecific density on reproduction

We studied the relationship between temperature and the coexistence of great tit Parus major and blue tit Cyanistes caeruleus, breeding in 75 study plots across Europe and North Africa. We expected an advance in laying date and a reduction in clutch size during warmer springs as a general response to climate warming and a delay in laying date and a reduction in clutch size during warmer winters due to density-dependent effects. As expected, as spring temperature increases laying date advances and as winter temperature increases clutch size is reduced in both species. Nests are mainly constructed prior to egg laying, meaning that parent birds must make decisions about nest site choice and nest building behavior before the start of egg-laying.
