El Anteproyecto de Ley de Servicios Profesionales, puesto en circulación hace unos meses, nos anima a una reflexión y toma de conciencia de la situación de nuestra profesión. Una mirada que intenta responder a esta cuestión ¿Es Trabajo Social una profesión regulada? Entramos en el tema con un breve recorrido histórico para pasar a ocuparnos de la revisión de la normativa que define y enumera qué se entiende por profesión regulada. Four Wellbeing Patterns and their Antecedents in Millennials at Work

Literature suggests that job satisfaction and health are related to each other in a synergic way. However, this might not always be the case, and they may present misaligned relationships. Considering job satisfaction and mental health as indicators of wellbeing at work, we aim to identify four patterns (i.e., satisfied-healthy, unsatisfied-unhealthy, satisfied-unhealthy, and unsatisfied-healthy) and some of their antecedents. Abstract:In addition to the medical education in the Federal Republic of Germany which includes a compulsory Medical Informatics course there exists a formal program for professional qualification of physicians in Medical Informatics. After two years of clinical practice and 1.5 years of professional training at an authorized institution, a physician may receive in addition to the medical degree a “supplement Medical Informatics”. National audience; Depuis les années 1960, l'analyse de la relation formation-emploi a fait en France l'objet de nombreux travaux, à partir notamment de grandes enquêtes statistiques comme les enquêtes emploi de l'INSEE ou les enquêtes du Céreq sur l'insertion des jeunes. Plusieurs mesures du lien formation-emploi ont été proposées, certaines d'entre elles se référant plus au moins explicitement à une logique adéquationniste qui a émergé lors des travaux des IVe et Ve Plans. Toutes les mesures montrent cependant que la relation formation-emploi est plurielle et que l'adéquation d'une formation à un emploi, à l'exception de quelques professions, n'est pas la norme sur le marché du travail.
