One of the “truisms” of personnel selection is that overqualified applicants are likely to be a poor fit and thus experience low job satisfaction and performance and higher turnover. El artículo analiza la migración de cualificados españoles a los espacios de Educación Superior ecuatoriana desde 2010 a 2016, con el objetivo de entender la experiencia de movilidad cualificada española hacia Ecuador. Para ello se ha utilizado una metodología cualitativa a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas a españoles y ecuatorianos que trabajan en los espacios de la Educación Superior. Además, se ha complementado con encuestas online autoadministradas y con observación participante. Obowiązek stałej aktualizacji wiedzy pielęgniarek i położnych reguluje ustawa o zawodzie pielęgniarki i położnej oraz kodeks etyki. Okręgowa Izba Pielęgniarek i Położnych w Katowicach, jako organizator kształcenia podyplomowego, prowadząc wszystkie rodzaje kształcenia, przeszkoliła dotąd ponad 50 tysięcy uprawnionych osób. Celem pracy było dokonanie ewaluacji podjętych działań, w oparciu o materiały korporacyjne z lat 2000-2017. Przedstawione wyniki, w ujęciu ilościowym, obrazują poziom realnego zainteresowania kursami specjalistycznymi oraz kwalifikacyjnymi, a także źródła ich finansowania.
Perceived overqualification, relative deprivation, and person-centric outcomes: The moderating role of career centrality

Abstract In this study, we develop and test a model examining why and when perceived overqualification relates to career satisfaction and subjective well-being. In a sample of 143 new university graduates in Spain with data collected across two time periods, we showed that perceived overqualification interacted with career centrality to predict relative deprivation, which in turn was related to lower career satisfaction, positive affect, and life satisfaction, as well as higher negative affect. Proactive personality and early employment outcomes: The mediating role of career planning and the moderator role of core self-evaluations

Abstract This study examines the relationship between university graduates' proactive personality and two early employment outcomes (i.e., employment status and perceived overqualification). Specifically, we propose two moderated mediation models, one for each employment outcome, with career planning as a mediator and core self-evaluations as a moderator in the proactive personality-employment outcomes link.
