To synthesize the qualitative research in the literature addressing how patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease experience care received by telemedicine.Meta-ethnography.Twelve studies, published from 2013 - 2018, were identified by a search of relevant systematic databases in June 2017, including updated searches performed in June 2018.The studies were reviewed and critically appraised independently by three researchers. I´m tired of being tired - Fatigue as experienced by women with fibromyalgia

AbstractThe aim of the study was to explore how fatigue was experienced and explained in life stories of women with a long history of fibromyalgia to gain a deeper understanding of fatigue as a phenomenon. The data was drawn from the narrative interviews of 20 purposively chosen women with fibromyalgia. In the analysis, the ideas of episodic reading and paradigmatic analysis of narratives were used to find recurrent and repeated experiences of fatigue from the data. Five main themes emerged from the data: sleepless nights, physical weakness, loss of mental energy, social withdrawal and overwhelming exhaustion. Muscular failure training in conditioninig neuromuscular programs

Many recommendations for designing of resistance training programs are suggested training all the sets to perform until voluntary fatigue with a maximum load selected, situation known as muscular failure. However, recent evidence has emerged that suggest caution in the prescription of training to failure in both, healthy and performance perspective. This review has addressed to this issue and made a collection of literature and a qualitative analysis of this topic.
