AbstractMicroRNA are small non-coding RNAs that post-transcriptionally regulate the expression levels of messenger RNAs. MicroRNA regulation activity depends on the recognition of binding sites located on mRNA molecules. ComiR is a web tool realized to predict the targets of a set of microRNAs, starting from their expression profile. Īss ieskats tiek aplūkots divām metodēm-ANOVA metodei un lineārajai regresijai,lai saprastu kā ANCOVA metode tika izveidota. Tas ir ļoti nozīmīgi, jo tās veido ANCOVA metodi. Kā arī teorijas beigās apskata ANCOVA metodi. Metodi pielietojot jāpārbauda dažādi nosacījumi, tāpēc tika izveidots algoritms, kas spēj apvienot visas nepieciešamās darbības, kā arī tiek pievienots R programmas kods. We previously described the isolation and characterization of three probiotic strains from the feces of exclusively breast-fed newborn infants: Lactobacillus paracasei CNCM I-4034, Bifidobacterium breve CNCM I-4035 and Lactobacillus rhamnosus CNCM I-4036. These strains were shown to adhere to intestinal mucus in vitro, to be sensitive to antibiotics and to resist biliary salts and low pH.
