Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää lapsen vaikean temperamentin, vanhemman psyykkisen hyvinvoinnin ja vanhemmuustyylien välisiä yhteyksiä. Erityisenä kiinnostuksen kohteena oli tutkia vanhemman psyykkisen hyvinvoinnin muuntavia ja välittäviä vaikutuksia lapsen vaikean temperamentin ja vanhemmuustyylien välillä. Tutkimus toteutettiin osana laajempaa Vanhemmat, opettajat ja lapsen oppiminen -tutkimushanketta. Tutkimus perustui poikkileikkausasetelmaan, ja siinä oli mukana 152 ensimmäistä luokkaa käyvää lasta sekä heidän vanhempansa (152 äitiä ja 118 isää). Intra and intermolecular interactions found in the developed crystals of the synthesized py-ron-2,4-dione derivatives play crucial rules in the molecular conformations and crystal stabili-ties, respectively. In this regard, Hirshfeld calculations were used to quantitatively analyze the different intermolecular interactions in the crystal structures of some functionalized py-ran-2,4-dione derivatives. The X-ray structure of pyran-2,4-dione derivative namely (3E,3′E)-3,3′-((ethane-1,2-diylbis(azanediyl))bis(phenylmethanylylidene))bis(6-phenyl-2H-pyran-2,4(3H)-dione) was determined. Pyrazole amino acids: hydrogen bonding directed conformations of 3-amino-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid residue

A series of model compounds containing 3-amino-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid residue with N-terminal amide/urethane and C-terminal amide/hydrazide/ester groups were investigated by using NMR, Fourier transform infrared, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction methods, additionally supported by theoretical calculations. The studies demonstrate that the most preferred is the extended conformation with torsion angles ϕ and ψ close to ±180°.
